Terrible and rude service. There have been at least three times I called and one staff member said one thing, and then call back and they say the opposite.

I got insurance through them took it to my lender and they told me that they don't accept Fred loya. So I called them and had the insurance cancelled not thirty minutes after I got it. They told me that the 200.00 dollars that I had to put down on the policy would not come out of my account because it got cancelled. This morning it came out of my account and I called Fred loya and they told me that they will not refund me my money. This is after they told me that it would not come out of my account. I highly recommend that nobody uses this insurance company!!!

I do not recommend!!! They get your Bank information on file and before you know it, without them informing you, they will raise your insurance!!! La Familia Auto Insurance is HIGHLY recommend!!!

I called on Friday Dec. 13 of 2019 and spoke with Irma. I let her know of my issue with trying to get insurance for my truck. Her personality was very welcoming and comforting. She let me know of the different options that was able. She asked me when would I like to come in to the office and set this up. I came that same day within 15 mins. She was very helpful with the process and explained everything to me. I would recommend anyone to go and see Irma are call her and she will assist you with your concerns. She was a true Blessing to me & I thank her for all that she has done for me. Thank you again Cassandra

Told them we wanted uninsured motorist, but they didn't add it to our policy and didn't explain the forms we signed. So we unknowingly signed a form saying we were rejecting uninsured motorists. Beyond irritated with them. We clearly told them we wanted uninsured motorists on our policy! Now we just wasted gas going back and forth TWICE for them to take pictures of our car for NOTHING, cause our agent didn't put what we wanted on our policy and didn't explain the forms we were signing correctly. She never said anything was rejecting uninsured motorists and rushed us through signing them. We never would have knowingly declined uninsured motorists!
