Horrible.Their excuse for not letting me open an account, is because I said I needed to get a debit card with my name on it, so I can rent a car, because I just had a pretty bad car wreck.Trash!!!..Said they didn't feel comfortable. First off it's not y'all's business why I need an account, second off, I've been in excruciating pain because I haven't had a car, and they just prolonged the process.Then the rep was looking at me like I was retarded, pretty sure it wasn't because I'm a 6'3 325 black native., but anywayI don't like banks anyways, but I'll never recommend them.

I love this bank I’ve been using Frost for 20 plus years. It’s the type of bank where you feel welcome. Everyone is eager to help you in any way. I have accounts in other banks but my primary bank is Frost because the superior service by far outweighs Bank of America & Chase.

I absolutely love this bank. I just wish they would open a branch a little farther west around 820 and White settlement. Then I could move all my accounts to one bank.

Not so much of a location itself review but more of their customer support line review. I have spent OVER A YEAR trying to update my phone number with customer support, and even in person. I was told I had to create an all new account for my business to update the phone number. My personal and business account were linked together in logins. There is no way for me to create a new account for an account already registered. So every time I do call customer support my number does not match. So if there is ever a doubt on their end with a suspicious charge, I cannot be reached. I have given my new phone number countless times, I do believe they finally updated it last week. I called last week to update my address on both personal and business accounts. The personal was updated but my business account has been declined on online purchases due to the address not matching. Today will have been the 4th call within a week to address this issue to please update as it is causing delays with business orders. I was informed today that the new address still has not been updated. So fingers crossed next time I attempt to make an online purchase, it will not decline due to address not matching. If anymore further issues I will have to look into banking elsewhere.UPDATE A MONTH LATER: I cannot link my account to apple pay, it asks to verify my identity tied with my old phone number that Frost Bank still has not updated. (I provided Frost Bank with this over a year ago.)

I walked into this bank today to cash a check from a customer of mine and because my customer had made it out to my company, the teller asked for my Federal Tax ID (EIN) paper work....well I didn't have in my back pocket. Who carries that around with them?! I presented my TX drivers license, that was not good enough....but what really upset me was the fact that the teller offered NO solutions, NO options...then out of no way... she just said, sorry we can't help you with this today and handed the check back to me. She offered no reason my she was not willing to even try to help me. Although she “said†nothing wrong or impolite, her attitude was super terrible. Terrible customer service!!! I'm sure this had nothing to do with the fact that I was a sweaty Mexican Contractor, I couldn't really be a legitimate, veteran business owner could I?
