This is 1000% my favorite frost location by far, i have been to a couple of others & they just dont compare.
The customer service at this branch is above & beyond.
They are fast & effiecient & always super helpful.
I love the fact they can print your card within 5-10 minutes because that makes things super convenient if you ever are needing a new card. They also have a nice seating area if you do ever need to wait at all, which isnt usually likely.
& if you do have to wait they get to you in a timely manner.
I probably wont be going to another location because this one has set the bar so high for me.
I am ALLLLL about customer serive & they do a very good job in that department. Thanks Frost!!

Brittney, Ethan, and Alejandra, are all the best bankers that Frost has. They always greet me by name with a smile and are ready to help me with my banking. It does not matter if I am getting currency for travels abroad or just depositing money into my account, they are ready to help!!!!! Awesome people!!!

I went in to Frost Bank to open an account. I was extremely insulted when the person assisting me questioned the validity of my driver's license. I am a 49 year old hard working woman and I have never been so insulted in my entire life thus far. I was asked did I have a passport with me, first of all who carry their passport everyday!! NO ONE!!!! I AM LIVID. I called to speak with a manager but of course Crystal Young did not answer her phone

Hands down the best customer service I have ever encountered.Any issues I’ve had has been resolved literally with in minutes. The staff at this branch are the only reason I choose to stay with Frost. Brittany and Maya have been nothing but kind and respectful towards me, not to mention when you walk in, everyone has a bright smile that makes you feel 100% welcome. Definitely different from any other branch I’ve been too (not related to frost).Especially Brittany, she took care of me with in minutes and was able to solve my problem(s). Frost is my #1 bank and it starts with its amazing employees!

Huge, enormously grateful shout out of appreciation to Ethan who went above and beyond to help to get paperwork notarized, copies made and even made spare checks for me because I was headed to the post office and had forgotten our checkbook. I was working through the steps to complete things for the recent death of one parent and POA responsibilities for another parent with Alzheimer’s who was being displaced from the facility she was since it was sold and thus needing to urgently relocated her. During a very hectic and emotional time in which almost every step seems difficult, I told Ethan this step was the easiest and most pleasant. We’ve never had a bad experience banking at Frost but this was genuinely above and beyond. Thank you, Ethan. A very grateful and loyal Frost customer.

Absolutely the best customer service I could ever imagine for a bank…But then again it is a TEXAS based bank with down home hospitality..I opened some new accounts with them and Ethan took great care of me..Took his time explaining different options for all the account options they offer…I’m glad to move on from Chase bank to my new Frost bank!
