I’ve been going to this store for years and everytime the associates are amazing. This store is one of the few left that has genuine games and genuine people who help you find what you’re needing or looking for. Honestly. The store manager Alex really puts a peg in the ladder of leadership. That man handles the releases like a pro. He’s honest and fair. Thank you guys so much!!

Went in there today with my 6-year-old daughter because she wants to spend her allowance on Pokémon cards. They didn't have any so we started shopping around for other stuff and somebody came in and had the guy behind the counter call a co-worker to ask about the prismatic evolution he was holding for him. He was told he could only do a limit of two by the guy on the phone but he had brought his girlfriend with him to get two more put to the side. I asked the guy behind the counter so y'all are putting aside prismatic for people? He replied with it was his pre-orders. Which obviously was not because he came in with somebody trying to get two more put to the side. People have to wait in line for hours just for a chance and this guy gets 2 put to the side for him? I'm just about done with GameStop.

The guys working here are great. I just wish that during the week of Christmas, that the GameStop corporation could have sprang for more associates to better staff the store to help us holiday shoppers pay out quicker. They only had 2 associates working when I came in and there was a line to the door trying to check out. :/

The two young gentlemen and lady working at this store on 12/7/24 have gave me and my wife and daughter an excellent experience.In my professional opinion these two guys deserve a raise!,me and my wife has been to several game stores and this is the only place that I have found that treats you how you should be treated and also they are highly intelligent.This game store will always get my business because of the 100% extra effort they put into the customer.

I love this GameStop, friendly and courteous to all people. They greet me by name upon entering the store and make sure that I'm taking care of, in a timely manner.

Friendly, fast, efficient and handled a warranty return within 10 minutes. Very satisfied. First purchase of a PS5… I also purchased my PS4 from a GameStop location a long time ago.

I came to GameStop off a whim, from policy changes and other things I dislike about the company. It’s usually my last choice for game related anything, but I went anyway and I’m extremely happy I did!
Vishnu THE MAGICIAN (a great employee at GameStop) worked his magic and for THE FIRST TIME IN 20+ years I didn’t feel like I got screwed over by GameStop! Go see Vishnu THE MAGICIAN you surely will not be disappointed! Thank you Vishnu!

The people who work at this location are the best! Alex the manager is friendly and informative. I go in there so much the workers Nick and Vishnu know my tastes and are always friendly, knowledgeable and tell me about new items. This store is smaller but they utilize their space well. This is one of my favorites gamestops to go to.

GameStop always manages to hire the scum of the earth…. So I arrived right when it opened on Feb 16 for an amiibo, mind you I was respectful completely chill vibes on my end, he asked if I pre ordered the amiibo and I told him I didn’t because I’ve never had to in the past, and he was mad pressed because I didn’t, like right off the bat being extremely disrespectful with his tone and demeanor, he could’ve 1000% been more polite… I asked if he had any loose ones to sell he said no and didn’t want to check so I asked about another amiibo that had re-released, I asked super politely and he snapped back at me aggressively and at that point I about had it, then he gave me this long lecture, I would’ve appreciated it if he wasn’t so rude. I understand company decisions aren’t the employees fault, but he was making it sound like everything was my fault. Then I just left mid explanation… That guy was rude, disrespectful, lazy, and aggressive. He might be a manager because he opened, but he was a black/ mestizo balding incel, glad he’s miserable, I’m also glad GameStop is going out of business to put him in the streets. After that I went to Best Buy to buy my amiibo peacefully as it should be. I’m going to start boycotting GameStop and y’all should too, we vote with our dollars people!!

Nick and Beza were absolutely incredible in my experience in the store. They helped me with a smile on their face and a good attitude. I had a horrible experience at a GameStop earlier today and they completely turned it around. I will only be going to the store, these guys deserve a raise, thank you Nick thank you Beza!!! They were closing in one minute and still let me in to handle what I needed to amazing customer service!!
