Called in to make appt. Tech. Told me my insurance was canceled! Called insurance. Company no problems. Called the Doctors office okay! Called back different Tech. Insurance okay after 2:30 hours of playing phone tag with all! Tech a Gateway blew my day!! No apology or nothing from Gateway! Would not recommend!

Everyone was great from Hailey at the front desk to the x-ray and MRI techs. They made me at ease and comfortable for something I was very nervous about. I would highly recommend them for your services. Kudos to all of them!

Zero stars if possible. Actually had my appointment cancelled AFTER I had checked in by the person THAT CHECKED ME IN!!!
This all while I was sitting right there in the office not 10 feet away from the staff.
Go elsewhere.

My first MRI. I registered in advance on the website, very efficient. Staff was friendly and professional, both front desk and technician. The facility was clean and organized. My appointment was on time, less than an hour later I was on my way home. I was informed of my copay beforehand and it agreed with my insurance. I highly recommend Gareway Diagnostic Imaging Keller/Alliance.
edit: I called today 8/2/24 with a couple of questions regarding the distribution of my MRI report. The person I talked to was excellent, great patient service. She was very patient, answered my questions and gave me some peace of mind.

Very clean and organized! Loved the MOTOWN during thede scan which JD had setup. JD helped get me comfortable on the rack! Great job.
