Gateway Pharmacy in Hulen, Fort Worth provides excellent service! They offer free home delivery, which has been a big help for our family, and they even provide medicines in easy-to-use packaging that is convenient to carry anywhere. The staff is friendly, reliable, and truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pharmacy that goes the extra mile for their customers.

I haven't used Gateway in the past year after transferring to another pharmacy. Over the last month they (Gateway) took it upon themselves to call my current pharmacy and tell them that I asked Gateway to have them transfer three of my medications back to Gateway. I learned this when I received two in my mailbox! When I spoke to the pharmacist Monday, she said that their marketing person had called and spoken to my caregiver, who asked her to have those meds transferred to them. The problem with this lie: 1. I do not and have never had a caregiver, and 2. They don't even have my current phone number. This is unacceptable. The icing on the cake was when I realized they filled one of them with old information, so they billed my insurance for half the dosage I've been taking. Being a senior on a fixed income, these people, evidently desperate for customers, have compromised my health. I received no apology or attempt to help fix the problem, and they talked down to me, treating me like a child. I only put one star because that was the only way I could write this review. I strongly recommend you do NOT do business with them. Messing with someone's medications and calling someone's pharmacy to steal business back is not only unethical and I would think illegal, but it's putting people's lives at risk.

Same copay as Walgreens for BC/BS and none of the hustle. Never a line and privately owned courtesy and service. Why go to a mindless souless corporation. I won’t ever again.

The staff truly cares about their patients. Also, as a small business they strive to make relationships with caregivers such as doctors, nurses, and physical therapists. The relationships with caregivers enables the pharmacy staff to fully integrate the care of the patient through better communication. The patient's care is more than a prescription sold, more than a number, because they truly care.

GATEWAY, BY FAR NOT ONLY HAS GREAT EMPLOYEES, BUT THEY ALSO HAVE A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANAGER. THEY ALSO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS OPTIONS. SUCH AS MULTI DOSE PACKAGING. THEY WILL ALSO DELIVER.
