Can be great. Can be overpriced. Depends on who is cooking that day. The last time we went, no one seasoned ANY of our food. I mean, no salt or pepper or spices or anything, and I'm certain it was an intentional chef-choice.On those days, it's not good, and it's over priced. But on the days they decide to cook for their customers and use seasoning, it's easily best Italian food in Fort Worth.

Love love love it. The food was amazing and the atmosphere on the back porch on a cool night was just perfect. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I'm going there again.

Lily is the best, and such a great event planner. She made our experience wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

I won’t be coming back. I only ever went because Liz was my server every time and now that she no longer works there, the service, food, and drinks are horrible. They have ran off their best staff and now it’s just a bunch of people who have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend to anyone.

This is a reflection of Tim Love's recent decision to STOP SEASONING HIS FOOD. He is going through a 'celebrate the natural flavors' phase. No salt. No pepper. Nothing.Very strange. His flavors were on-point until recently, now everything is bland. It's relatively insulting when you consider the giant price and tiny portions.

The food was good. A couple of items were presented differently than I had expected based on the menu (but not negatively). The staff was nice. It was a slow night due to the Superbowl.

Dined in at Gemelle last night, and it will probably be my last visit at the restaurant due to the poor management and service. Was enjoying our appetizer when a woman fell down and had a seizure in the middle of the restaurant, causing us to immediately move up from our table as she was vomiting and being cared for while our waitress promptly called 911. We moved to the bar and although we understood the situation, we were not sure what to do and were uncomfortable with the ambulance and first responders arriving and loading her onto the stretcher where our table previously was. We were the only ones that had to move from our table as a result of this. At this point we had already ordered our meal despite wanting to leave, and although our waitress was extremely nice, we didn't have any apology from the manager or compensation when we lost our table and unexpectedly had to reseat ourselves at the bar with no guidance or other options (which was uncomfortable and not ideal for our anniversary celebration). Considering our meal for 2 was $200, I would have expected to at least be offered a free dessert instead of still being charged for it. Gemelle needs to do better.

Food was fine, but I paid in cash and I did not receive my exact change back. When I asked my server she said they didn't have enough to give me exact change.... then she walked away before I could respond. It is a violation per Better Business Bureau (BBB) to not provide exact change back to a customer.

We had a lovely time. The weather was gorgeous and the patio was so inviting. Our server was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The House pizza Detroit style was to die for.

Very overpriced. Charged $12 for four small shrimp to be added to the pasta dish. The arugula salad, which was about 1/3 of a bag you can get at Walmart for $2.98, was $14. A side of breadsticks, that looked just like the ones from a pizza chain, was $13. Service was good, but the food was not worth the money.

Food took 30-45 minutes, when it came out it was plated poorly and presented poorly. It did not look appetizing. It tasted bland and unappealing, we didn't even finish half of our food. We ordered the fettuccine with chicken and bolognese. For the price the meal did not meet the value. I was not impressed at all. I do not recommend this place.

We were initially seated outside on a 40° night. Yes there were heaters but the outside temperature in the covered patio was 58°. We complained of being cold and we're brought inside. We wondered why we weren't initially brought inside when we expressed concern over eating outside. Food was OK but overpriced. The restaurant was quite loud due to loud music playing. We will not go back.
