2 part review.1st time we went it seemed like everything was sticky and dirty. Our server was great and explained how it all works, to make your own plate. We found ourselves battling with the cooks to get food at the food bar. The food was ok. Overall we didn't have a horrible experience but we left knowing we wouldn't be back for a while.2nd time, a year later. We went to a different location. Once again. Every surface was sticky. There's a certain type of noodle we don't like so we were asking the server about them prior to ordering. She reassured us the noodles were NOT the type that we were talking about and they SO were but we didn't know until they cooked our food and brought it to us.When we went up to put food on our plates to have grilled, several of the ingredients were missing. The cook was complaining because whoever was supposed to man the area had disappeared. He was having to get us the ingredients we needed and the ingredients he also needed. We stood there for at least 10-15 minutes. waiting for help. We didn't know where any of the servers were and the cooks were all super busy. By this point we were just getting frustrated. We probably just should have left.The server wouldn't even put our drinks on the table until we got our food, and we like to have a drink before our meal. So we just sat there looking around, empty-handed. No waters or anything. I hadn't even eaten in 24 hours so I was starving but even that hungry, I just didn't like any part of it.When the server came back to our table she saw my whole bowl of food sitting there and I told her that the noodles were exactly the type we didn't like and it seemed like a bunch of flavoring sauce had been put on it that I didn't want. It's the first time in my whole life I've ever told a server. I didn't like my food. She just said "oh. Ok. Do you want a to-go box?" No reassurances or condolences. No, 'try us again sometime'. No offer of a discount. Nothing. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. $80 for two meals and two drinks.We won't be returning.

Very clean place to eat. We enjoy our meals here. Love to be able to get whatever meat, veggies and sauce you want.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic. Fresh food with noPreservatives.

The food tasted fine like usual, but the service was extremely slow!! We placed our order and waited 30 minutes until our waitress came by. She said our food was on its way and we waited another 20 minutes. Sure it's on a Friday at 7:35 pm (March 8th 2024 to be exact) but it's not crowded at all!Then the food came. We ordered regular bowls and it was only half full. That's not my experience at other Genghis Grills.

Need to adjust the pickup times for delivery orders. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to make an order so stop having drivers get assigned to orders you haven't even started yet. You're affecting our ability to make a living because we don't get paid to wait.

My hubby and I come here for date nights and it’s always a great experience. The food is great, the service is great. Will be asking for Breezy whenever we come here. Her vibe is always great!
