I went in to get my car tuned, unfortunately my car has a special ecu so it is not compatible with most tunes. I really recommend the shop they stayed with me past hours to try to trouble shoot with me, really tried to help me out and overall would recommend.

The GERSpeed team does great work. Rafayel and his team are knowledgeable about the cars they work on. Very friendly and helpful as well. Had them replace my injectors and tune my s4. They came and picked the car up for me late one day because it wouldn't drive at the time. After getting it back I needed some rush work done they over nighted the part and squeezed me in the next day to install it. Will continue bring my car here for as long as I have it.

These guys are awesome. Nathan was very nice, knowledgeable, and up front about pricing. Got an oil change and DSG service on my Golf and it drives like it is brand new. Definitely coming back, these guys know cars.

Bringing my car to the team at GERSpeed was the best decision I could have made. I own a bmw 435i with around 94,000 miles, which has yet to have a transmission or differential flush. Obviously everyone knows at this stage of the lifespan of the vehicle, it is not always a good idea to flush the transmission system, and a lot of shops including BMW themselves won’t even take on the task. But when I called GERSpeed, they were more than willing to take on the task. When I got there, the guys informed me on everything I needed to know, and assured me of their meticulousness, especially because I have done all servicing and upgrades myself up to this point. I brought the car in on Saturday around 11:30 and the team stayed a bout 30min past their close time just to make sure everything was tested and ready for my drive home. When it came time to pay, I told the tech my quote price and he called his boss to confirm. He then informed me that the original quote price was parts included, which I provided. They fixed my quote and it came out to be less than half of what I agreed to pay. I am more than thankful that this team puts forth integrity over greed, and whoever is reading this that wants a shop that you can truly trust from start to finish, GERSpeed is the place for you.
As for my car, it hasn’t felt this smooth in my entire time of owning it. Every shift is smooth and the pulls I did on the way home were solid. Not to mention it preformed well in traffic, with shifting between 2nd and 3rd feeling almost perfect. I am looking forward to bringing my car back in the future for the fueling upgrades I need!

Nonexistent customer service! I cannot get a response via email or their allegedly (24/7 Unmatched in the industry!) chat over an online order not being dropped off to carrier.

I went to Gerspeed based off the recommendation of my brother-in-law. I had just went to another auto repair shop yesterday, Lone Star Bavarian (very close to my house) who quoted me almost $2,000 to have an air intake pipe fixed. I was also recommended to have some other things done, totaling $4,500. I decided to not have the service done there, but was charged $185 for a diagnostics fee.
Upon arriving at Gerspeed I was helped out by Nathan and Jonathan. Jonathan completed the diagnostics on my car and saw that there was a recall for the air intake and also discovered there was another fault, which the other place didn’t even discover. They did not charge me for the diagnostics and saved me at least $2,000 upwards of $4,500 if I had taken the other companies recommendations.
Jonathan and Nathan gave superb service. Being a female and knowing nothing about cars, I am always weary when bringing my car in because so many people take advantage, but not this place! They were so honest and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air. I will be sure to only come here to have my car serviced from now on (even if it is a little further). Now I see why they have 5 stars!They had extremely thorough and efficient service for my vehicle, and exceptional customer service! Thank you again, Nathan and Jonathan!

Took my car in for a lowering springs install. They did an excellent job. Even recommend I replace the strut mounts while I was in there! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and do good work. Will definitely be back.!👍

I ordered a big turbo for my audi s5. I paid $500 for the expedited shipping which i was told was gonna bring the delivery time down to 2 weeks. It didn't arrive until 2 and a half months later. Kept calling and was told next week but didn't end up coming for 2 and a half months. $500 for the shipping clearly didn't work out.

My wife's mini cooper was having issues, nothing too serious, but we spent significant money at another shop and the problem was not fixed. The guys at GER speed diagnosed the car's issues like pro's and had exceptional customer service, giving me updates regularly. The shop is meticulously clean as well which shows alot about a mechanic shop if you ask me. They have earned my business in the future, these guys are top notch at what they do.

Rafayel went above and beyond helping me with my Aerofabb front splitter order for my MK7 GTI. I highly recommend buying from GERspeed, customer service is top notch (better than any other performance company Ive dealt with), good pricing and solid shipping times. I will most likely continue to purchase any additional parts only from Rafayel!
