⭐ 1/5 – Frustrating and Unprofessional
I rushed to this GNC after class, waiting through a train and everything, just to get there before closing at 8:00 PM(750)only to find the store locked with the lights on and seemingly no one inside. I waited outside until 8:07 PM, and saw the employee appeared they just started checking the register.
I even tried calling ahead, but their phones were already cut off, so there was no way to confirm if they were closing early. As someone with a busy schedule, it’s beyond frustrating to plan my time around their listed hours, only for them to close early without warning. If a store says it’s open until a certain time, it should actually stay open until then. Poor service and a waste of time

Pretty honest staff they dont really push items they just get you what you need and help you out with questions and advice. Yousif specifically was very helpful, i asked a ton of questions and he answered them all with tips! Great location

One of the salesman was so rode and unprofessional idk who own this shop if I was I would look in to my employer and see how the treat the customer I won’t really come back to this location and I am recommending every one else as well not to go there

You guys closed and locked before business hours were up. I got to your location 6 minutes before 6 (closing), and writing this now 2 minutes before 6 (closing) because you guys decided to lock up early, even if by a few minutes. I only needed a quick pre workout, would have been in and out in less than 2 minutes. You guys are only open for 6 hours on Sunday, you shouldn’t be closing early at all, especially on the day you’re hardly open. Really makes a mess for everyone that works normally on Sunday. This is egregious.

Always an issue with this place! I never write reviews but this is my third time attempting to buy something at this location today! First time there was a note on the door saying be back in 10 min. I came back in 20 to find a note on the door that said "went to bank back in 30 min." So I returned 1 hour and 20 min later find the same sign! Needless to say I'll never be back. Customer service is always horrible with pushy salesman and this is the third or fourth time the last year they haven't been open during scheduled business hours!!

Worst location possible. Never open. Lights are on, sign on door says "gone to bank, back in 30." It's been an hour. Avoid this location at all cost.

Tried to patronize this GNC but they were not open during posted hours. The lights were on in the store and the back office so someone was there but they wouldn't respond to knocking on the door or a phone call. Bad bad way to run a business. I won't bother to patronize this store again.

I don't think I've ever given a bad review on anything. Anyways, long-time loyal GNC customer lost forever today; never buying supps from any location ever again. Store associate ignored me the entire time and was rude when he wasn't ignoring me. I waited at checkout for 10+ minutes with my one item while he tried to sell the only other person inside everything in the store. After 10+ minutes, I put the protein I wanted back on the shelf and left. He was not apologetic in the slightest. & FWIW, this is not the first time I have left a GNC feeling at least a little disrespected by a sales associate who did not care about their job.Anyways, I immediately got on my phone and bought better protein from Amazon (actually had flavor I wanted) with same-day delivery and probably saved 30% on my purchase anyways. 100% never spending another dollar at GNC. Close my gold account.

Jonathan is your guy! Just moved to TX from TN and the supplement options were different than what I’m used to. He took the time to tell me about the different protein, pre, and BCAA options compared to what I’ve purchased in the past in TN. Good dude!

This location is NEVER open on time. Sign and website says open at 10, I'm sitting here now and it's 10:25 and no one is inside. This is a regular thing, 90% of the time when I come in the morning after 10 there's no one here. I'm not the only one, you're missing business. I see other people try to go in and end up leaving. I would go somewhere else but this is just down the street. Wish I could wait and get what I needed but I have to be at work. Management please correct this.
