Recently visited this GNC location, and was assisted by an associate named Monica. She was extremely helpful, and informative! Monica asked what my goals might be for my health, and helped me with a number of supplements to help me reach it!

I want to share my experience at GNC, which has been consistently disappointing due to one employee, Monica. Each time I visit, she is the person assisting me, and her behavior is consistently condescending and rude. It’s evident that she lacks proper customer service training. During my most recent visit, Monica blamed me for not “redeeming” my loyalty points, even though my points are automatically applied to my account and clearly visible.
When I inquired about applying my points, she became visibly annoyed, creating an unnecessary ordeal and continuing to place the blame on me for not mentioning it sooner. She then requested my account details, only to claim that, because the location is a franchise, they cannot view customer points. This explanation made little sense, as I have been a loyal GNC customer and have shopped at various other locations without any issues regarding loyalty points.
This repeated lack of courtesy and professionalism has left me with no intention of returning to this store again. Unfortunately, Monica seems to be the only associate I interact with at this location, which is disappointing given my otherwise positive experiences at other GNC stores.

2/20/2024 I went to this GNC at 12:20pm to only spend 20 bucks, but Aaron was so awesome and informative with no pressure that I willingly spent 60 bucks! Service that good is hard to find! Thank you Aaron! Give this man a promotion and a raise!

I’m now getting back into working out and at one time I used to know all what the products did. 3 years later the brands changed and the product and their functionality. It was really good to know someone was behind the counter who wasn’t afraid to ask questions and point me into the right direction. A big thank you to the lady behind the counter who shows me the new brands, what they do, how it works and made me feel better about getting back into supplements.

Monica was great. She was very friendly and very professional. She knew a lot about the products in the store as well as a lot about what’s in them. She got me exactly what I needed not too long after walking into the store. She’s not just there for a paycheck; She actually does care about nutrition. I vote that she becomes manager. ?

I went to GNC Hulen and they provided the best health tips then any other GNC I went too. I love that Joseph has 15 years experience. Also the other manager that was there was so very helpful and courteous. I appreciated the service and this will be my go to GNC from here on out. Thank you fellas...

Great informative staff. Very helpful! Gave me options on other products similar to what i went for but also had what i was looking for. The 3 stars are more of a corporate issue. The Price Match GUARANTEE! It's in fact up to 20% off of the price! Not quite the advertised policy. The website mentions nothing about 20% and simply states Price Match with approved retailers. Buyer beware!

Always get helpful information on choosing the right supplements. I go in and tell them what I’m looking for body and budget wise and they got the answers along with educated nutritional information. Super nice staff, Jaymz and Armando especially.
