I come here often and have for years and I like it. You’re not gonna beat the price at $1.79 per POUND of merchandise. I will say the employees used to be a lot nicer. Now a lot of them are very rude and try to run the place like it’s a prison and they’re guards. I get that they have to make sure people follow the rules but a lot of them are very aggressive. I saw a woman get yelled at in front of everyone for touching clothes in a bin before they gave the okay and she told me later it was her first time and she didn’t know. I felt bad that they’d embarrassed her like that. My only other complaint is that sometimes the music they play is so loud it’s like you’re at a nightclub. I like to have my airpods in and listen to music while I shop and it’s pretty much impossible in there bc their music is so loud. The other day it was so loud it sounded like it was going to blow out the speakers.

Used to be a good place. Sad it no longer is, sad I only got to go a couple of times before its decent. It's not the bin format that bothers me, it's the quality of the goods and amount of people that are now there. It's not what it used to be a year ago.

Pretty cool place to find neat stuff, and at ones one of a kind deals. I like getting jeans for the grandkids that they can booger up when they come out to the house

Outright dangerous at times. They post everywhere that running is not allowed yet they do anyway and nothing is done. People push and shove. They stockpile in numerous carts. Use carts to bump people. Steal from other carts. Tear things up to see if they are any good. Just terrible. No wonder this one doesn't allow anyone under a certain age. Nothing there I wanna die for.

Rude and disrespectful employees, unsafe work practice!!! My husband and I are recently retired, and we like to do thrift shopping every once in a while. So, we were happy when we found Goodwill Outlet Dallas 3020 N Westmoreland Rd b, Dallas, TX 75212. The store itself is not too bad, a little dirty and messy, but in general it's ok for a thrift store. The biggest store problem is some extremely rude and disrespectful people who work there. This man, Terry, is this store's biggest problem, he should not be working around people. He yelled at me and two other women for absolutely no reason: "You see I am working here, move to the next aisle" ...and he pointed to the next aisle. So, we moved exactly where he pointed and continued shopping. Couple of minutes later I hear his loud angry scream again: "I am working here, don't stay in my way! Move!" I was quite surprised at this point because so far, I was doing everything exactly he told me. So, I am trying to stay as far as possible from this aggressive and rude person. And when I thought I am safe, he was passing by and unleashed his loud anger at couple more women right next to me... and it was not pretty. At this point, trying to be really polite, I said: "Excuse me, sir (yes, I called this loud mouth sir) you cannot talk to people in this manner". And this was the first time I ever said anything to him. He started yelling that this is his store, he can do whatever he wants... Two more people told him he is too rude, and he totally lost it, he told them to go shop somewhere else, promised to kick everybody out who disagrees, even threatened to call the police. Call the police for what? For him himself being rude? One more unsafe practice, I believe should be mentioned. On the day in question, there was heavy machinery working right in the shopping area for some time- a Boom Lift. Instead of having a person underneath yelling at everybody not to get close, there was supposed to be a caution tape or a barricade around the area. Neither the Boom Lift Operator nor his helper were wearing any of the required Safety gear. Neither had on Hard Hats, Safety Glasses, or Steel Toed Boots. The technician on the lift was also not wearing a Safety Harness. All of that put life of customers and workers in danger. Goodwill had one of their employees attempting to keep the area clear. That employee was also in the Danger Zone and again with absolutely no Safety Gear on.

I was there for 3 hours and in that time they brought out one row of hardgoods. They spent the rest of the time bringing out a couple rows of clothing and cleaning the floor. Anybody with an ounce of retail knowledge knows that you do not do floor maintenance during open hours. This facility wants to be taken seriously as a retail establishment but does not have the slightest idea how to run a retail store. Bathroom is not being maintained there were no paper towels but luckily some of the sinks worked so I guess that's a plus. Cashier was actually working today when they are usually either nowhere to be found or just standing there running their mouth instead of working.

Lots of choices. Just remember your cost is based on total weight, @ $1.79 per pound.

I'm deaf with new cochlear implant in left side. I not happy with workers because they failed to recognize that I'm deaf. I cant understand them because noise. I told them that I deaf many times and told them I can't hear you. They kick me out of the side of bin near to new bin. Also I'm new to bin and I don't know what the rule is. They acted like discrimination against deaf. Also Poorly understand ASL.

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about my recent experience at the Goodwill Outlet Store. It was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure trove, and I felt like a pirate discovering a cache of gold. The thrill of the hunt was palpable, and I could hardly contain my excitement. What made the experience even more incredible was the fact that everything was priced at an unbelievable $1.69 per pound. Yes, you read that correctly - just $1.69 per pound! I couldn't believe my luck. I started to do the math in my head and realized that I could potentially make $100,000 per year reselling the treasures I found at the Goodwill Outlet Store. Now, I know what you might be thinking - "But where are the pictures of these amazing finds?" Well, let me tell you, my friend, that you have to come and dig through the large blue bins yourself to truly appreciate the magic of this place. And trust me, it's worth it.As I sifted through the bins, I couldn't believe my eyes. There were vintage clothing pieces that looked like they had just come off the runway, shoes that were straight out of a designer boutique, electronics that were still in their original packaging, and toys that were sure to delight any child. I felt like a kid in a candy store, and I didn't want to leave. So, if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, look no further than the Goodwill Outlet Store. You never know what you might find, but I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Happy treasure hunting!

We frequently visit Goodwill stores throughout the state. This store was horrible. Worst quality ever, and the stores in the area have over priced junk. Worst value ever. Go visit the Goodwill stores in : Austin, Waco, or Houston .

Mainly just a bunch of trash in bins you dig through hoping to find something unbroken and in good condition. Everything is unorganized and thrown together. Breakables with toys and shoes never paired up and just junk with empty cardboard boxes or trash. They should invest in shelves and have clothes hanged up like a normal shop.
