In what universe are customers not allowed to use store buggies? Walked in and the store was not super busy but couldn’t find any buggies at the front after shopping around for a moment noticed a few empty buggies around the store and grabbed one. An employee who was very nice hunted me down on the other side of the store to let me know I “took” his buggy and he needed it back. Let him know I was using it and he told me customers “aren’t allowed to use those” the only difference is the buggy was grey instead of blue but as I looked around other customers had grey buggies too. Another employee offered to go find me another but at that point I’m not staying for sure. I politely thanked them and let them know I was okay and would just go. His answer was “okay, that’s fine”. If the store needs more buggies for employees to do their job and customers to shop something needs to be done.

They are price gouging like crazy. I literally held a box that had the original price tag on it and the Goodwill price tag was $3 more expensive than the original. They price speakers that go to one item separately so you have to pay three times for the one item and their inventory is not great they're really really terrible mattresses sell for or are priced at more than a luxury mattress. They've changed their system so if there's not a price tag on it it is scanned and then priced almost for the original value no matter how used it is and they told me for months that they couldn't access the system to give military discounts at that location which was a total BS lie as another employee finally said no don't let anyone ever tell you that which is what I already knew but the same two people kept telling me over and over again I couldn't get my discount because they couldn't access that system I used to love Goodwill so much and then this location has completely ruined it because they get 100% profit out of every item because they don't pay for anything and then now they want a price gouge and then make you pay several times for the same item even though those items are proprietary to each other ridiculous

Went to help my friends pick up a couch they paid $430 for and when we got there they told us they sold it because of a “24 hour rule” they never told them about.
Also refusing to refund the money or contact a manager and making them come in another day. Not very Good Will of them

We purchased a sectional for $430 and the cashier told us we can pick up over the weekend. We weren’t informed of the 24hr policy. They resold our couch and refused to refund us. NO ONE told us about the 24hr policy at time of purchase.

i have been thrifting for over a decade and never in my life have i left a bad review anywhere. but what i experienced today was most likely illegal… i walked up to the counter with a button up that said 7.99 (which is already too much but that’s besides the point) she then calls a manager because the tag was “expired” i figured okay, i guess it will be cheaper or something but they then decided to almost DOUBLE the price to 13.49…. i passed on the shirt and left. i have been going to this goodwill for over 5 and have never heard anything about expired tags… eco thrift down the street is way better and i will
be taking my business there instead

I shouldn't have to fear for my safety while thrifting... Savages apparently camp out and attack and claw at any basket that comes out of the back like starved vultures. I happened to be walking by when one came out and I was literally swarmed by 10+ crazy people fighting to grab stuff before the employee could even release the cart. I tried to get out of their way so I wouldn't be trampled. Within 30 seconds of terrorizing they all scattered

This place should be called "Stink-will." Every time I go to this location it has a tangy, sour smell when I walk in..Very ghetto.

This location used to be great, but their pricing is ridiculous now. I thought it was ridiculous a few years back but now its even worse. And they need to stop it with their responses, "the revenue helps train blah blah blah blah". Plush toys used to be affordable but now they're $4 minimum. Not only are prices wild but they have the nerve to ask if you want to round up when paying. I used to donate a lot to Goodwill but I no longer do because of their greed pricing these things on stuff they get for FREE! I find friends or family to give my stuff to instead.

This has got to be the worst store in the whole metroplex. Clothes are falling off the hangers because everything is so tight on the rack, and nothing is in the right place according to size. NOTHING. If you see 3 ppl in line, it's time to call for backup. You need to have ppl everyday go through the clothes & put them in the right size. Everyday. Multiple x.
