It all depends on what you’re looking for. Electronics is very hit and miss. Clothes always available. They sell DVDs and sometimes Blu-ray. Cashiers are helpful. I’m glad they’re available for donation.

I don’t know what happened but the prices are absolutely unacceptable here. I’ve been coming for years but this last trip was a hard one. Same items priced differently, overpriced for USED items. Left frustrated and feeling like I really didn’t get a good deal from a thrift store. Mine as well buy things new at TJ Maxx for the price they’re asking.

It’s a Goodwill, duh. Why would you think they’re in charge of clearing the driveway of brush? Not their responsibility.

They make millions off of free donations and give 12% to help people buy they can't remove giant hazards from their driveway!? Lawsuits and city fines for safety should be happening. What the heck is wrong with this location!?

Took some donations to the drop off and 2 workers or volunteers could NOT have been more rude. I was tempted to take our donations and leave. All I can say is YUCK!

I feel frustrated because it's a general knowledge that Goodwill gives you 20% off one item when you donate. I don't know when this changed or why it's different in different states. But I went to go donate here specifically only because I wanted that 20% off instead I was given a receipt for my donation so I asked because I was confused and I was told they don't give that. There should be something showing they don't give those out anymore I already don't like Goodwill because I used to work at an outlet and I've seen the corrupts of the corporation. I would have liked to have known that I would have went somewhere else and donated so I could have gotten a percentage off something I wanted to purchase. Never donating here again.

I've only lived in Texas for a year now and started shopping at this Goodwill because it was not far from work but I've since changed job locations but that won't stop me from going back? that's my store and I'm sticking to it especially when the staff made sure the chair I purchased was secured in my car and wouldn't fall out I don't remember their names but thank you gentlemen for your help I went back weeks later to tell them I made it home ?

My favorite Goodwill in the Fort Worth area! The store is really clean and has quality items. Ms. Amanda is the friendliest employee I’ve interacted with at any Goodwill location and has great customer service skills. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

One of my favorite Goodwill stores in the area. They have nice things. Prices have certainly gone up since the pandemic but that’s everywhere. Cashiers are always quick and kind.

There is a young African gentleman who is very kind and gave my kids a bag of candy when they didn't have a quarter for the machine. It made their day. The two other employees women who were heavy set kept getting into it with each other. I could tell their relationship was tense and I don't think that's even healthy to display in front of shoppers. Either or I still come here for some nuggets I can find. Prices are good too.
