I used this place for several but not anymore. My last 2 haircuts were lousy. I cut hair myself for 2 years and usually have to cut it myself after they cut it. Im 64 years old. Bald in the crown of my head. It's a simple cut. The people working here probably have no training at all. I'm cutting my own hair from now on. The owner needs to lose this franchise. Employing people this bad should be against the law.

Ok folks. Here's a FACT. BEFORE you get a haircut, LOOK at the people who cut hair. HOW THEY LOOK REFLECTS WHAT KIND OF JOB THEY WILL DO. If they look careless and all over the place, then EXPECT THAT KIND OF A HAIR CUT. PERIOD.

They have trainees cutting hair and obviously don’t care about results. If you’re unfortunate to get the wrong person I hope you don’t have to be in public until your hair grows back. Another employee had to somewhat fix my hair but it was too late. I guess customers are guinea pigs now.

Had a great experience. The people working are such kind people. They took care of me and asked me lots of questions to make sure I got what I wanted. Im definitely coming back.

It was my worst day they damaged my hair, I showed her a reference image (as a butterfly cut) While the lady was cutting more I saw it worse and worse so I decided not to continue doing it and she told me that because my hair is thin I wouldn't get the cut I wanted, and she said that I insists that I keep cutting myself when it's a lie if I didn't tell her anything I was going to ruin it worse simply if not VAT to be able to cut myself from the beginning I wouldn't have cut myself and Point and not having to go through all this. I had to go to another hairdresser to fix it. I don't recommend it!!

The staff is very nice and get mine and my son's haircuts knocked out at the same time whenever possible. The tall young lady is a sweetheart to my son. He loves dealing with her.

Bro if ur looking for one sentence that describes what u can expect - Before & After Squid Games 456. My son was already apprehensive about letting this angry bird looking woman touch his hair and I should not have brushed it off as him just being nervous. He had a few very good reference pics and we specifically clarified that he wanted a low taper fringe with a little length still on the sides and longer on the top. (He had almost shoulder length hair.) She turned him into Robaldo. (Almost)

Do not go here trust me people they gave my little brother a bowl cut he asked for a low taper fade I recommend y'all to go Jt chopshop its down the street they cut really good!!!!!

Got a decent haircut. The only reason why I’m giving this 2 star is because the Thai lady that was cutting my hair flat out refused to give me a fade on my haircut, despite my request. When you flat out refuse the request, that leaves a bitter taste for the customer themselves. I understand if you don’t know how to do it because there was another lady that seemed to know how to do a fade at the time I was there and you could’ve just taken me to the other, but instead, she just did not want to do it. For $19, it’s disappointing especially when there’s hair salon that can do basic fades for around that same price. At least the haircut was alright.
