I showed the stylist a picture of of what i wanted i already had the style just refreshed so a trimming she asked about the length i showed her about an inch she walked away to the phone came back to start cutting second later there was at the very minimum 5 inches of my hair on the floor

I showed the hairstylist a picture of how my son wanted his haircut she said ok sure not a problem. At first It was looking ok, I took my eyes off of them for a few minutes when I turned around to them it was bad, I had to bite my tongue because my son would of been hurt. It was not even close to the picture, when we got home, my son took a shower. I blow dried his hair and when I saw the outcome it look like she cut his hair with her eyes close I seriously mean those words yes that bad. I’m so upset.

Very disappointed,came a little bit people there,I was going to leave,but guy said it I'll be quick turn over, yeah it wasn't, watching go in ahead of me because they checked in,even though I've been there for awhile,bad business ,, update I went after eating lunch cooling down,guy got back in and came with a great haircut, good service

I have usually have a good experience when I visit this location for a haircut. But I did not this latest visit. The lady who cut my hair seemed unsure of what she was doing. She kept asking me “does this look even to you?” I got a bad feeling about halfway through the haircut but it was too late then. It looked good enough when I left but when I got home, I could tell once by taking a closer look that my fade wasn’t right at all. The lady was either lazy or just didn’t care about what my hair looked like. Very upset that she didn’t seem to care about doing a good job. Probably won’t be back visiting this location
