the lady pushed my lineup back 3 inches my forehead is very big now i have to go bald because of how bad she did my hair i’m never going back there and one of the workers that did not attend me because they cannot do the hairstyle i wanted commented a racist thing to me she said don’t get that haircut that’s for the black people only and my forehead is very big now DO NOT COME HERE waste of money she will mess up your hair never come here she is a terrible barber she wasted my time and she destroyed my hair now i am bald do not come here they do not know what they are doing worst barbers ever

Beyond your worst nightmare experience. Couldn’t have been worse.Mary was both a terrible excuse for a professional and her attitude is worse. I asked for a 2 on the sides and not too short. She gave me a 1 on the sides and made me look bald in areas with terrible fading. She took a long time and kept going back to one side twice as much as the other in attempt to fix the bald patches.I told her “I’m sorry it’s too short.”She gave me attitude and immediately told me she’d call the cops if I didn’t leave. She never apologized and just went straight to threatening to call police.Mary is a disgrace of not just a hair stylist but as a person.

I asked for a highlight low light. I got what she wanted me to have. Maria Elena never asked me what I wanted. Never saw a color book. I went back to have it fixed she brought another color that I had no clue what she was doing. When I asked her what color it was she said "don't worry, I will fix it" I paid $175.00 for a service that I hated. She refused to fix it. Will not go back. RIP OFF!! Over paid for a service and didn't get what I wanted. I had no say in what was going on with my hair. Would give a zero rating if I could.
