Pre ordered my unit online a week before I needed to move in. Got multiple emails stating unit was ready and available. Got to my unit and a lock was still on it. Went to office and person was running an errand for 45 minutes. Called another facility and they informed me lock should have been off. The employee got back on site and called me to tell me she was back. I asked why lock was on the unit and she got smart. So ultimately I’ll only be using this unit for this month I paid for and will find another storage space. The customer service sucks at location 4901 S Fwy. TX And the upkeep is not up to par, broken glass in the driveway.

Christina & Nancy were exceptional! I literally was able to call and get prompt assistance with securing a storage unit both over the phone and in person! Their warm, inviting, and can do personalities exemplified how customer service should look! They made the customer experience!
