Staff were extremely helpful. At the time I was in a wheelchair and they did everything they could to do help. Never made me feel less than or like a burden.

Their bus service isn't fantastic, but it's manageable. But I will suggest that if you go to the restroom, take tissues in the Greyhound station.

I don't have much experience in bus stations, but this one is nice enough. Bathrooms are OK. There is adequate seating. There could be a wider variety of snacks available in the vending machines, though.
