NASTY & RUDE!!!!! The young girl in glasses taking blood in the front before you go to the back don’t change her gloves which is a safety hazard for everyone. They are very unprofessional, the only professional one employed is the male manager. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I've gone to this establishment for almost 2 years maybe even three in the last year and a half they've gone considerably downhill they don't staff enough so they probably don't pay their people well enough to keep them around like others mention it takes far too long to get to your appointment and get stuck and allowed to donate I went in for an appointment yesterday at 11:15 on my long lunch break between jobs.
I got there at 11:08 and was allowed to check in a few minutes early I didn't even get screen until 11:34 when I got brought to the back there were no chairs available one finally became available I sat in the chair when I was told to and sat there for another 25 minutes by that time it was 11:53 and it takes me at least an hour to donate and get my return process back that would allow me no time to make it to my job when I had an appointment and should have been able to be seen pretty much right away it should not take over 45 minutes to an hour to get checked in seeded and poked for your donation like others said they do not value time they sit amongst themselves and talk a lot there's a few good people in there that actually do their jobs have been their consistently the rest of them are jokes and the managers just closed their doors so they don't have to deal with anything it's disgusting and I will no longer give them my plasma because one they do not pay well enough for the outcome with what they get in the back it's disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves their practices are abysmal slow and they cost people time it shouldn't take nearly 2 to 3 hours for a single donation

I would give them a negative review if I could. In the end, they decided to make fun of my disabilities and laugh about it, knowing full well what I go through. With all the discrimination, the constant insults, harassment, health issues they've caused in the past, abuse, and general prejudice. I try my best to keep being a friendly person, but they won't stop. Management refuses to do anything, and I feel like they are telling their employees to be that way. I try my best to be a good person only to be treated like crap. They're the reason I've tried to hurt myself in the past. Cruel people like that are the reason I have health issues in the first place. An employee by the name of Megan and a donar by the name of Angel at this location knowing and repeatedly made me want to take my own life. Yet they're still there. They thought it was funny to make someone want to take their own life. Management defended they're employeesI would give them a negative review if I could. I just enjoy making people happy. Because of them I lost two weeks of donations and nearly killed myself. To my understanding they violated texas penal code section 22.04. What they did was discrimination, agressive and constant harassment, and retaliation. On several occasions they nearly put me in the hospital and twice they nearly killed me at Rosedale. They still refuse to be respectful. Always say such terrible things to me. I ended up in the hospital thanks to them.

Appointment times are a joke. Set appointment for 1130am as a new donor. It's now 130pm and still waiting to be seen. Ridiculous.

If I could give you zero stars that's what I would give. This place make me late to work. Get blood all over my clothes. Take 3 hours to donate y'all's precious life saving plasma. Almost lost my job because of these problems and these people. I would get in to details with names and such but you people make me tired 😴. I'll never go back to that dump. And I'll tell everyone I know including family not to go. Have a blessed day!😁
Oh and they have roaches🪳too!

I just gave plasma for the first time. Maricruz and Austin checked me in quickly and efficiently. Kayla was my phlebotomy and she was right there by my side whenever I needed her. She got me ice packs and Gatorade, she was really sweet.

This place has no sense of urgency and does not respect the donor’s time. Why take appointments if they don’t matter? It is 40 minutes past my appointment time and I am still waiting to have my finger pricked and vitals taken. It was one hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time before I actually was hooked up and donating. Go to Octapharma or CSL instead of here. They pay more anyways.

They hire new people every damn week and they never know what they’re doing . They watch the high pressure return and will just sit there watching you in pain . No way everytime I go I experience the same problem.

I had to come back to edit my review hoping someone in corporate decision making will see it.
I've been donating here regularly for almost 4 years now and the recent switch back to appointments and app use is frustrating to say the least. I absolutely hate it, it's making donating a frustrating choir of scheduling & systems. The kinks in the system haven't been all worked out and donors are not being able to give due to it. Just last week my daughter and I were turned away as all appointments filled up quicker than usual. The facilities looked understaffed for the day, so phones were ringing and we were cut short on asking if we could fill in if someone didn't show up for an appointment. We left.
This week the system lost my daughters appointment (we make them together and ride together) we reschedule for a later appointment together and had to wait 45 minutes due to the mix up.
Was very tempted to just call it a was and leave.
But that would be 2 less donations for people that need them.
I'm annoyed by it, I see other donors annoyed by it and I see the employees catch the brunt of frustration from donors when it isn't their decision to regularly change procedures and policies.
I urge corporate decision makers to listen to Frontline employees on what works best to help get maximum donations!
Original review:
I've been donating for almost a year now, for many reasons I highly recommend it. 2 great reasons are, Your helping so many people that need something you have extra to give and the payment compensation helps pay my bill or extra emergencies that come up.
the people are friendly and it doesnt take much time from my day. 110% recommend!!

Unbelievable... The amount of pointless and unnecessary changes begin implemented needed to stop ,the place doesn't get anuff volume to be by appointment only , this is upsetting, we put up with having to download an unnecessary app when for no good reason you close the indoor kiosk , now it's no longer open and I need an appointment .. life changes and anything can happen at any moment, this pointless inconvenience is mind bottling and no doubt came from an overpaid executive try to change things, change is not good all the time

As of April 28th 2024 New Donor fee is $100 for the first 4 donations.
You can donate 2x a week but with 48 hours in between. So technically $400 in 2 weeks.
After that the ongoing rate is $50 first donations that week and $65 the second donation that week. So $115 a week for 2 donations.
When registering give them this code for these rates. 01936261
Making money and saving lives!?! How much better could the opportunity to donate Plasma be!
Your first appointment will be 2 - 4 hours total. After that 1 - 2 hours total. Make sure you're hydrated and to pump when the cuff is tight as this will help you get done faster. The less you weigh, also contributes to how fast you get done.
The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. This location is clean and safe as well.

This is hands down the best plasma center. The staff is professional kind and knowledgeable. There is not a problem they cannot resolve. I would recommend griffles on jack's grill to anyone and quite frankly I do.
