Guitar Center is a music store that offers a wide selection of instruments and equipment. The staff is known for their patience, helpfulness, and willingness to accommodate customers' requests, such as allowing them to test out their gear. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff, who provide great recommendations and assistance in solving any issues. However, some recent feedback indicates that the selection of pro audio equipment is limited and that certain items may not be available for immediate take-home. While the store may not have a vast selection of certain guitar models, customers have reported challenges in finding staff available to help, with instances of employees being away from their stations. Despite these concerns, there are positive experiences, such as interactions with staff who have made customers feel welcomed and informed. Guitar Center remains a reliable destination for music enthusiasts, though efforts are being made to improve customer service and availability.
