I absolutely love H-E-B. I'd say of the DFW metroplex, this location is the best. I came on a weekend night before Thanksgiving and shockingly I could find parking! Even though some of the shelves were getting bare, you could see staff busily restocking the shelves and helping people with any questions. It's well organized here and very neat despite the large volume. This is the place to get excellent seasoning/lard whether it's for bbq, tacos, or tamales. Get the pies here. Whether it's for a Thanksgiving meal or just a fatty time for yourself, you're in for a delightful treat.

As a weekly shopper twice a week this store has gone down hill in a hurry. The meat they advertise is ALWAYS priced wrong. Hill country meat is nasty Produce is often wilted not fresh And between DSD vendors and personal shoppers the aisle's are impossible to navigate through. What a huge disappointment from the opening. It's always a 3 week rotation on meat, Never anything affordable Ground beef is terrible, Steaks are often too fatty or gritty And HILL COUNTRY is absolutely meat cheeses and other basics are INFERIOR. HEB ..... get with it! I understand inflation however does that give you the right to sell INFERIOR products at full price? Again I can go on and on And seriously look at your deli department where a person can be ignored for 10 minutes while your staff has heads down ignoring customers and talking to each other and from even other departments ignoring PAYING Customers. What a HUGE disappointment I'd appreciate a reply

this is a huge heb. there is a lot of room to walk around and lots of larger sized departments. great selection and variety.

OMG as much as I love HEB this place is a literal s**t show in the afternoon and all day on the weekends. I understand busy but the isles and products blocked by the store's "personal shoppers" carts is ridiculous. Those employees are rude and when you ask them where a product is they have no clue or simply don't acknowledge you and look away. Come on HEB we know you can do better don't be W*M.

Some of the best choices I have ever seen in a grocery store for any meal and pre made meals and most stores have very helpful staff.

The store itself is great. Lots of parking, big beautiful new store with great selection and helpful staff. However it seems they are experiencing a problem with unhoused people aggressively asking for food/ money in the store.

Came in for a screening on Second Saturday since my PCP said I might have high blood pressure and the staff was very kind and quick and they explained my results to me. They asked if I wanted to transfer my prescriptions here and I would have if I didn't live 30 minutes away. HEB please build one near Arlington I miss using your pharmacy!

The store is great, but avoid curbside. I picked up an order today and was charged for 4 items I did not receive. The lady said they were “shopped” for at another store and it was going to be brought in by a truck. Well I guess it didn’t get there before my pickup time and my order total was not adjusted. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened. I won’t be using their curbside anymore.

My medication is important to me and I need it when I NEED it, and after trying this HEB out just this once, I am a FOREVER customer now! The staff quickly and politely filled everyone's order in front of me, so the line moved REALLY fast. The pharmacist, Laura, was SO helpful and friendly! I explained it was my first time there and that I had a few questions and she stopped what she was doing and with a smile on her face answered ALL my questions and waited patiently while I took notes! She even let me borrow her pen!! I formerly used a competitor by my house, but they never have my meds and I have to go to another pharmacy! BOOO!! This HEB pharmacy is worth the extra drive! The pharmacist is so nice, she greeted me with a smile, showed me how to use the HEB app, used my name throughout the interaction and made me feel like family or a close neighbor! I will be telling all my friends about this place and telling my GP to set this HEB as my new pharmacy immediately! What else could you want with a pharmacy?!?

Difficult store to navigate. It is okay if you know where to look for products. Courtesy clerk at sel service was very professional and accommodating. Wish I could recall her name so she received recognition she deserves.

My go to pharmacy. Great service and the HEB app lets you know when your prescription is ready. Which helps keep the wait times down.

The pharmacist is awesome! She used to help us at another pharmacy and when we saw she moved to HEB we moved with her. So nice the pharmacy doesn’t close in the middle of the day and everyone seems to want to help!
