I just visited Hale House ready to do some serious birthday shopping. I was never greeted or offered assistance the entire time I was there. The two women working stayed behind the counter visiting between themselves. I will take my business elsewhere.

I will NEVER set foot in this shop again. I had actually heard about it while visiting family in Baton Rouge. My sister and I were shopping and at a cute little boutique chatting with a sales girl when I mentioned I was from Fort Worth she said “you have to check out Hale House”. So, when my sister came to Fort Worth we thought we would give it a try. My daughter, sister and grand daughter all walked in together while I took a phone call outside. I walked in a few moments later. NONE of us were greeted. Not a “hello”, not “welcome in” nothing. My daughter was looking for a dress for an up coming event, my sister some outfits for her daughter’s rush week for LSU and I was along for the ride. Not only did no one offer to assist us but we were watched like hawks as if we were a threat to steal something. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. The store was well staffed and not busy at the time. There were other women who came in and they seemed worthy of a greeting and assistance. So I was left to wonder, was it the car I drove that made me unworthy? The clothes I wore? Would a copy of my husbands recent W2 have been helpful? Needless to say we left and found exactly what we needed at a few other shops and a too many items that we didn’t need but just couldn’t pass up! So if this is the type of place you don’t mind lending your support and money to then go but I will never set foot or spend a dime there. Which I’m sure will break their hearts ?

So... this is the cutest boutique with the best customer service! If you're a glamerous girl, you have to stop by! (Side note: they have a public restroom, which is essential as a ladyyy!)

This place don't even deserve a 1 star!! They are so rude they definitely need a whole new team. And clearly the owner doesn't do anything about it I'm sure she/he clearly sees all the reviews!

this place has cute clothes but customer service completely sucks! I work retail so I completely understand and know what good customer service is. I was excited to shop for a dress and tried on multiple but didnt get offered help nor to get a dressing room started. Of couse she did offer help to the dolled up white women that arrived, im glad I didnt purchase anything.

My favorite Fort Worth boutique! Hale House has some of the cutest clothing at affordable prices. Bekah is the sweetest owner and love the shop girls too! Definitely recommend! They also carry BuddyLove which is one of my favorite brands!

I love this boutique! Very cute clothes. Just beware if you are ordering online since they filter a lot of their pictures. I received an outfit that looked bright online and when I received it, I was pretty disappointed by the dull color. Other than that, great clothing!! Will shop here again!

Hale House came in above and beyond on customer service today! Was in the store earlier this afternoon and ended up wanting some shoes for an event tonight. They made it happen and we're super accommodating beyond their closing hours and I am super thankful for the staff / support! 10/10 recommend.
