Some homeless. Close to eateries and Walmart. Not far from nightlife Downtown Dallas

Ground floor room had a strong smell of damp. There are a lot of food options nearby and easy access to main roads. Breakfast was good and well cared for by the staff.

The pillows are too firm and lofty. Other than that, no complaints.
