This is the second time I went to the location Overton Park. I had money left on a gift card and I had to use it up. My massage was wonderful with Melody. But when I checked out. The service was $159 and last time it was $99. And the receptionist was very pushy on a membership and told me that if I had a membership it would be less. I wish that they had a menu with the prices. I felt hard selling techniques to get you signed up. I will not go back.

This was my first facial in many years. What a fabulous experience! I can't say enough wonderful things about Chancey. Not only was my facial done to perfection, she was kind and considerate. Hand and Stone is lucky to have her!

Samantha was just amqzing! It was my first massage and she explained teverything to me. Made me feel very comfortable. I love that she didn't talk alot. Just enough to keep communication open. Samantha you ROCK. A wonderful therapist as well!

I’ve been to this location multiple times with different people and every time I’ve had a wonderful experience. The latest esthetician was Asya and she does a phenomenal job!
From the initial assessment to the treatment and recommendations she is great!

My entire experience was wonderful. Asya was welcoming and explained the steps of my facial to me. It was very relaxing and my skin looks great! Kierstin was my masseuse. This was my second time getting a massage from her. I came back after the first time due to it being an amazing and relaxing massage! Thank you ladies.

I had a horrible massage and them I was charged $130 buck when online it states $79 no one even talks about price until its time to leave and services have been rendered. In addition they were unable to remove my information because the staff was not properly trained. I will never return here. Be aware of their scam!
