Every nail was crooked, told her 3 times to fix 3 different nails. Paid more attention to what was going on around her than what she was doing. Very sloppy. Very upset with this place. Older lady.

I chose this salon after seeing someone compliment the cleanliness. This is one of the dirtiest salons I have ever been to. My nail tech used the same cuticle scissors on me and my guest without sanitizing or even wiping off the tool. My cuticles were on the tool when she used it on my guest. We were super put off by this and won't be back.

This is a good place, but in time, service falls short. Some of the ladies that work here are super sweet, but when they get busy, that is where service falls short and get in hurray. The quality of the work is not good. If you want a good job done, you need Jen, Kenny, or Hanna. There is one more she is one of the main dark hair wears glasses.

Cleanliness: Looked like sterile. Only one person took care of nails, pedicure and waxing. Unsatisfied with facial waxing. Not hot enough. I have blisters!

Best pedicure I have received thus far. Very clean inside, and everybody was welcoming as soon as I walked in. Will definitely be back, I think I just found my new place!

Save yourself money and time and go elsewhere!!! I asked for "light pink" nails...this was supposed to be a dip nail manicure... There was no manicure at all just started dipping my nails in the powder and when I said "this isn't pink" she said "yes it is" I'm not color blind and they did the wrong color on my toes too! They're rude and not willing to fix their mistakes...and charged me $100. Very unhappy and won't be returning.

Recommended by my girlfriend Kasi and I think I found my new nail salon! It is tucked away on Hightower off Rufe Snow…. Next to a new construction gym. It is all alone and looks sketchy because of the missing H in the sign. But don’t let that fool you! They are a great salon with good people and great service. My nails looked good thanks to Hanna. Jenny was amazing on my feet. They time their massages so you know you get the full time. They have DOZENS of colors…. And several pedicure options. Kenny the owner was very pleasant as well. He will help you with anything and if there’s a dissatisfaction of yours he will correct it! GO GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!!! My late mother & my 15 yr old daughter & of course myself have literally been regulars for more than 2 yrs as of today. I do acknowledge it is a bit more pricier in comparison to the "average" nail salons I've been to through the yrs . ☆But I assure you, it's hands-down well worth it.☆ Meaning, the service's offered, the employees & the elegant atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. I personally love the chandeliers & my daughter's obsessed with the fish tank.
