I have been having issues with low cell reception for my alarm. They have been working with me to get around the problem. Their technicians are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They have now connected the cell module to my WiFi. They are very responsive and helpful.

They were quick and efficient however they did not offer to show my Mom who was there for me as I could not be there how the new key pad worked.

Excellent service and prompt response with technical advise on plans. Stress are gone after first in home service was conducted. Highly recommend services. Jack was excellent service representative for company!

Sonny checked my entry sensor and it demonstrated the problem of failing to identify that the door was closed. He noted that the sensor on my entry door and garage door were not installed correctly. The magnet was not aligned with the sensor, so that closure was not always seen. He replaced the entry door sensor and magnet and then re-positioned the magnet on the garage door to align correctly with the sensor.Sonny was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend him for his service.

We have been with Alert 360 for about 5 years now an I think that was the best investment we could have ever made. Alert 360 was a great experience. It was easy and straightforward to get set up. Everett did a great job with the install. He was on time, professional, and explained everything. The app has been very easy to use as well. Would recommend to friends.

Tramario went ABOVE AND BEYOND on my system today. Not only did he fix the problem but rewired my whole system to make it more logical. On top of that he's a really nice guy.

Same installer for my region I had six years ago. Very fast but thorough. 360 keeps their rates fairly stable for monitoring. IMO good value for a peace-of-mind business.UPDATE 3-4-24, quick system service. Tech was pro in and out quickly. Great everything about this company with your security as top priority.
