Worst place for delivery. Yard it’s a mess maybe a landfill looks more clean then this place and also had me waiting for two hours to get 20 pallets out of my trailer

Had them rebuild my bosch jack hammer. When I picked it up dropped off my other one.
The first one they fixed is as good as new, hits hard.
When I came to pick up the second one it was no charge.
Great customer service.

Truckers with dry vans be advised, if you haven't been here before they will expect that you have. No one was clear on their directions for delivery and the white guy with the white/gray beard and hair that update me as to how things work was surprisingly rude when doing so.

Was unsure if I should provide a review considering I am not a direct customer. During early morning hours, I witnessed an employee walk out the gate of the truck delivery area and cut the straps connected to a truck, and proceeded to remove what appeared to be tarps from a truck parked overnight on the public road near the business entrance. The employee took the tarps and placed them inside the gated area. At first glance, I thought the driver was in the truck, but noticed the driver was not present and the employee stole the driver's tarps.
Reporting as a person who has family members in the trucking industry. Missing equipment can greatly impact a person's business. I plan to share information with trucker if I see them in the area. Unacceptable behavior from employees.

Truckers, truckers, truckers. U can check in at 7am, but they wont unload you til 8am (if you are lucky) waited past 2hrs. Nicole Grengs was the ATS/sureway broker.This place opens at 5:30am

This place is conveniently 1.5 miles away, went here for a warranty repair for Makita equipment instead of driving to farmers branch office thats not as convenient since I live in Fort Worth. Staff is friendly and helpful. Im waiting for my tool to be fixed, I hope its repaired just as fast as I was helped today. I will keep you posted.

I called on a Wednesday for a nail gun repair, after 15 minutes on hold, they told me it would be next Wednesday before their guy could look at it lol. These arent cars guys. There's only so many things that can be wrong on a nail gun, typical lazy spoiled big business bs, where are the mom and pop stores, these guys are rediculous. I also like how all their employees get on here and post 5 star reviews for themselves, wouldn't ever expected that lol
