This place charges for everything, even parking even tho you didn't drive. I was afraid to look at the workers cause I didn't want to be charged for a smile.

This location was a plus in every aspect. Check in wasn’t too friendly but the sweet lady during the morning was very kind and helpful to wife and I . I think her name is Rachel. Everyone was helpful for the most part. Breakfast was a bit pricy but well worth it for those who don’t like getting out hunting restaurants down. I will be returning each time we visit this area! I couldn’t be more pleased with my hotel stay here. Thanks to you all.

Stayed here for a couple weeks on a business trip - nice enough hotel & very convenient to where I needed to go, but one major caveat: the room doors slam closed. My floor was shared with some kind of sports team and while they were generally quiet enough, the endless door slamming while they went from room to room is probably a deal breaker if I ever need to go back to the DFW area. Put some dampers on your doors!

The reason I give this place a one-star rating, they went cheap on the building and insulation. I could hear everything in the room next to us, I MEAN everything. I will never stay at this hotel when I come back to Dallas.

The hotel can use a refresh... Overall, it was a quiet place to stay. The beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was present and accounted for. I would warn that there is NO FREE BREAKFAST. The website said free but there are options all with a fee.

The person who parked my car on 12-9-2023 stole coins from my car. They had no business searching for something to steal . The person went through my console and glove compartment. It was between 8pm-10pm. I’m sure that person wouldn’t like it, if someone went through their car!!!!!! Mad as Hell!!!

Dim lighting in the room was unwelcome. One lamp didn't work at all. The bedside clock was not working properly, but I used my phone. The people are awesome, friendly, and helpful. Overall, some of the hotel rooms could use some updating or at least brighter lighting.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Upon arrival Brian at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean as well as the bathroom. Would recommend booking

FOur years ago this place was nice. How far we have fallen. I thin this place is being used as like a live in hotel for locals. There was some shadiness for sure and our room was dirty. I complained and they were apologetic and helped,but it isn't the typical hilton experience.Food & drinks: The breakfast was good.

The staff were professional and courteous. The room looked nice. However, we were a bit disappointed. My sister has MS so we requested a handicapped accessible room in advance. I even called ahead and inquired about the type of accommodation available and was assured that there was a transfer bench in the tub. We arrived to find that there was no bench, but a seat. This could have worked except it was very low and there was nothing to hold onto to exit the tub. This caused quite a problem as my sister could not exit the tub unassisted. Also, the shower was positioned so high that we could not reach it to adjust the water flow. The handheld hose never worked and the floor of the tub was so slippery that it was hazardous. There were no mats or appliques to keep it from being a fall issue.I have traveled extensively and stayed in hundreds of hotels and I have never had to pay upfront for my room. Also one person made the reservation, but a different person actually stayed in the room. That second person presented her credit card at check in, but she was never charged. Instead, the room was charged to the first person, who upon seeing that charge immediately called the hotel and was told the manager would call her back. Unfortunately, she never received a call. The two parties were able to work it out, but what an inconvenience.Hilton's cost too much money for these types of occurrences. And for the money, I expect a much better experience.

Stayed here for a week for a work trip and was very satisfied with everything. It was nice that there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel. You do have to pay for breakfast though.Rooms: Rooms were clean and tidy. A/C worked great.

Have now stayed here a couple of times. Rooms ate Clea and quiet. The beds are soft. You can hear the planes when they take off. Typical Hilton.
