Nothing seems to work well at this location . I travel a lot and I stay at many Hilton Garden Inns and this is my least favorite, won’t stay here again. They are remodeling and set off the fire alarm by not covering the sensors, obviously using non professional contractors, just one of a list of problems.

There is major construction going on thru out the hotel & you are in the middle of it. They don't vacuum as they go either. Rooms were fine, the bathroom was small, and the shower/tub wasn't level for drainage. Room had a good size fridge. Breakfast is NOT included.Walkability: NoFood & drinks: We did not try these bc it was all sold separately and seemed expensive.

I’m really disappointed that the pools are closed and the workout facility is closed. The website should be updated to help travelers plan accordingly. Please take note.

Very happy with the staff. Room was clean. Not happy with the bar being closed on a Saturday night, or coffee not being ready at 9 in the morning or breakfast costing $20.00 even if you just got a bowl of cereal. Probably won't stay here again.

Overall the place is nice. I happen to schedule my stay during a ton of construction that’s of course no one brought up. While working at my desk during the day all I’ve heard was a reciprocating saw and drills lol which makes it hard to have conference calls. If the construction wasn’t going on this place would be nice inside and out. Also very clean.The location has pros and cons:Pros-20 mins away from down town-20 mins from the zooCons-Immediate area is industrial part ish or kinda run down with tons of homeless and drunk crazy people-Only food close is your typical chain fast foods. If you want higher end food you’ll need to drive 20 mins or more.Biggest complaint is the location isn’t as nice around as I thought.

Manager is rude, other front desk employee is awesome and knows how to solve problems, they need a manager that knows front desk, hotel is nasty, need new wall paper in room and updated tvs, TV don't work, ac wasn't working, chicken strips was burnt, the only good part of this experience was I think her name is Brianna or bianna this hotel used to be better it's all ran down nowSafety: They pose to have security but I never saw the days I stayed during the weekFood & drinks: They need to do better with the food or get a new chef

Had an excellent stay overall. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I have done a lot of traveling and been loyal to Hilton for a long time. The customer service and staff friendliness at this location is less than desirable to say the least. Also of note, if you don't get your coffee before 0930, be prepared to pay Starbucks prices for hotel coffee.

Completely gross, there was a cockroach in my room, neither TV worked, it was so disgusting I didn't even think about eating anything there. I can't believe this qualifies as a Hilton property. DO NOT STAY

The breakfast crew is terrible. It took 35 minutes before some of what we ordered arrived. The waiter spoke with such a foreign accent we could not understand him. We will not be back.

My husband n I are diamond members n are for life. We were treated like less than. Hotels are supposed to be accommodating but this place was the worst. Dirty hotel, old rooms with wallpaper peeling off the walls, super rude front desk, insanely prejudiced general manager, n was continuously lied to us . We were extra kind n respectful n not one phone call we had with the front dest was not hung up on…… Im not sure what we did but look like we do…. This hotel is the farthest thing from what you expect from a Hilton property… Avoid staying at this hotel unless u enjoy being treated like less than n lied to…….. Im pretty sure Motel 6 would provide better accommodations n kinder treatment than fossil rim garden inn….. ????????

Everything was fine till this morning. The hotel is very clean just like I like it and was headed for 5 stars. I think the employees need a retrain on the privileges of Diamond members! 2nd time in as many weeks that I've run into issues. I sat for several minutes enjoying my coffee didn't see any questions being asked of guests till I got up to get some fruit. Guy tries to act like he's trying to help but really just wants to know whether I have a voucher. I told him I'm a Diamond Member and if its not covered ill pay. He proceeds to question me about my room then my name. Only to find out from the lady at the front that yes I have all the bells and whistles. I don't appreciate being questioned period. I don't appreciate staffing not knowing the benefits of the membership levels. We give way too much business to Hilton to have these "kind" of issues. I do not want to bring race into this but if the shoe fits wear it! Look at my review from last week in Wichita Falls similar situation. Training is definitely needed some diversity training would be great as well!

NO SHOWER for the 2 nights we stayed in Room 209!!!! We booked 2 rooms, Sat 9/23 and Sun 9/24. Late check in on 9/23, the water in shower was scalding HOT, could not adjust. We told front desk on our way out for breakfast on Sunday at 9:30am, they sent maintenance. When we returned approximately 1.5 hours later, could tell maintenance had been there, we had plans for the day and left assuming it was fixed.We returned approximately 8pm, water in the shower ran tepid when turned on then immediately scalding HOT. We had been out in over 100 degree weather all day. We had to soak washrags and let them cool before we could use them (sponge bath anybody?).We explained to desk clerk on Monday morning....2 NIGHTS WITHOUT SHOWERS!!! They sent maintenance while we were at breakfast, but we had to check out and travel by 11am.We were told this would be reviewed with a MANAGER, I have not heard a word.REFUND IS WARRANTED!!!!
