Wow! This H&M has really done a 360. Two members of management (Chasity & Danny) are full of energy and helped me pick out good outfits for my husband. You can’t compare the store to a year ago. The store looks amazing now, I actually enjoy shopping at this location. Now I don’t need to drive to Arlington mall or Dallas gallerias to shop my favorite clothes. A year ago service and management was terrible. The store manager (African American) lady would always be treating and humiliating her employees in front of customers. I’m glad she is no longer there running the business Today, the store now is clean and organized. The staff looks happy to be there. They Make comfortable and easy to shop there. Can’t wait to go shop this weekend.

The manager ‘Chasity’ should be fired immediately by corporate. She screamed at my pregnant wife from one side of the store all the way to the other. The other employees apologized profusely to us and said this is a regular occurrence to them and other customers. As long as she is the manager… I will never shop there again. I’d rather drive all the way to Dallas to visit H&M. Coming from one business owner to another… I would be ashamed to have her as an employee.

Drove all the way here to make a return and purchase another size and they closed the store EXTRA early! They saw me at the door and just ignored me. Complete waste of my time and gas.

Management was very inflexible with returns and exchanges. I've worked retail for many years and you can always be flexible for good customers. It's insane they can have a copy of a receipt online and you can have an item but won't exchange the item because you don't have the tag. Especially when you had tags for some items proving you didn't steal the item.

Store manager Elizabeth was disrespectful, rude, judgmental and opened up accusations of stealing when I tried to return a shirt. Don’t ever remove a tag from a purchase until you are 100% that you are keeping it. Otherwise the store can accuse you of switching tags and may refuse to give you a refund for the purchased price. Stores cameras are currently not working to review any footage.

Why is H&M seriously charging $0.10 a bag to place your items in to leave the store. Am I really being asked if I want to walk around the mall with the clothes I purchased in my hand instead. Please stop this foolishness
