Management was very inflexible with returns and exchanges. I've worked retail for many years and you can always be flexible for good customers. It's insane they can have a copy of a receipt online and you can have an item but won't exchange the item because you don't have the tag. Especially when you had tags for some items proving you didn't steal the item.

Store manager Elizabeth was disrespectful, rude, judgmental and opened up accusations of stealing when I tried to return a shirt. Don’t ever remove a tag from a purchase until you are 100% that you are keeping it. Otherwise the store can accuse you of switching tags and may refuse to give you a refund for the purchased price. Stores cameras are currently not working to review any footage.

Why is H&M seriously charging $0.10 a bag to place your items in to leave the store. Am I really being asked if I want to walk around the mall with the clothes I purchased in my hand instead. Please stop this foolishness

the ethnic small man was very rude. When I asked if the fitting room was open he got aggressive and yelled. He was petite, had black hair, and glasses. It made me very uncomfortable.

Customer service does not exist at this store. The first associate I encounter lied about the dressing room being closed “an hour before close” when it was more than an hour before close. When I informed her that it was more than hour before close, she changed it to “we close them an hour and a half before close”. This is disappointing because the primary reason we went in person versus shopping online is to try clothes on and no where is it marketed that they have such a policy.The second associate I encountered was casually re-racking items when I asked how I could confirm if they had an item in stock in another size. He paused and then directed me to the check out line and said the single cashier working would help me. Ironically, by the time I made it to the front of the line, the same associate had been called to help out at checkout which is when he pulled out a handheld device that he had on his person to scan the tag and check inventory. It took him 30 seconds to check this for me. Anyone with even below average customer service would have done this the first time around but he chose to have me stand in line for 10 minutes to avoid doing it.Obviously, H&M will survive with or without customer service at a single store and I’m sure the staff aren’t having the most fulfilling days of their lives working retail, but I am hopeful store management will see this and agree that customers shouldn’t be denied the most basic of level of customer service when shopping in person.
