I started crocheting and I am totally addicted so I am here often for yarn. I also do some jewelry so I'm always here for beads. I prefer everything here over Michael's or Joann's. The quality is better and you get more for your money usually. And everything is always pretty well stocked, someone will check in the back for certain colors if they are out or low in stock out on the floor. My only complaint is the lines are usually long in the afternoon and on. Other than that I love it, I visit multiple times a week.

It's one of two places we go for art supplies in Texas. Michaels has certain things that Hobby Lobby doesn't. But it's hard to beat the prices here. It's a go to for framing. And I enjoy the plastic model aisle as a reminder of fond boyhood hobbies. The workers are always very helpful if checkout seems a bit slow. The design of the store could stand to be redone, except that it probably helps keep the prices down. My one gripe here is that the Muzak Liberace arrangements of hymns feel heavy ha srsly churchy. I get it's a Christian business but how about some upbeat modern music to bring some cheer to the place?

The absolute worst. The customer service is horrible. I will not do business with this company ever again.

I brought in photos and specialty frames for the Hobby Lobby Frame shop to mount, matte, and assemble. I paid for the items and went home. When I came home I unpackaged the items and they were damaged. They damaged about ten of the items and the manager refused to reimburse me or compensate me for my items since I did not buy them there and then went as far as telling me that they could have been damaged before they took possession of the items. The manager basically gave me a choice whether to have him credit me for the work they performed or I could go thru the lengthy process of dealing with the corporate office to get reimbursed for the damages but not both. So either way, I am out over $200 and the fact the my photos are not framed and matted. So, I am really out $500. When I asked the manager a question or attempted to clarify his responses he refused to answer questions directly. I even started to record the conversation and I am not posting that on social media.

If you’re looking to buy charms or make a necklace DON’T go here!!! Just left this hobby lobby after looking for beads with my child and we were followed aisle to aisle by an employee in the bead and chain section. She stood right on top of me, preventing me from looking at what I was shopping for. She was obviously more busy about what I was looking for than getting out of my way, she pissed me off so I put everything I planned to buy down right in front of her to be annoying which she huffed about and I walked out with nothing thanks Becky in the back!!

I don't usually like going here bc there is a certain customer service cashier that is so very rude but today she wasn't there. So it was a good day.
