Was in Hollywood Feed at 6200 Camp Bowie Friday May 31st at 1:11 pm and had the WORST experience ever after shopping there for over 10 years and sending all my friends and family to the store. At check out had to prompt girl to look up my cell number and asked her to check on my coupon status for my Primal dog food. She looked it up reluctantly and said “yes, you have a coupon for 41.15 available”. I said great and began to put my items on the counter and proceeded to purchase $250 worth of goods. No conversation, no eye contact, no customer service. I paid and when I got into my car looked at my ticket. She DID NOT USE THE COUPON.
I went back into the store and quietly stated - you didn’t use the coupon on my purchase which I brought to your attention at the start of my transaction. You are not paying any attention to what you are doing. She snatched the ticket back and without a word or a simple apology, proceeded to refund the difference to my card.
She was young with longer medium brown hair. She never spoke to me, averted my eyes and was rude and unapologetic. There was a man standing next to her who deliberately avoided all eye contact and never said a word. He was young and had short hair but had a moustache.
I will most likely NOT GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. This level of UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is not something I want to deal with in my life, especially since I am a long time customer who probably spends over $500 per month at that store.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE UNAPPRECIATIVE EMPLOYEES

So I've been going here for a long time for my two dogs. And as always the service is great. What truly made today exceptional was the amount of willingness to help me today. I had my dogs with me (couldn't leave them in the car) and I asked for help getting the dog food down off the shelf. That's all. After I paid for the food the lady grabbed the bag and said I'll help you to the car. This was above and beyond what I had come to expect. I didn't even ask her to do so. She just saw that it would make it easier for me to get to my car and did it. I truly appreciate the ladies that helped me today. Thank you so much!
