Don't buy the Christmas lights, even with the extended warranty option. You have to go through the manufacturer and need to keep your receipt for the warranty return through the manufacturer. Home Depot will not help you with this! You are better off buying your Christmas lights from other stores.

You send a contract delivery driver to come and pick up an item that " is out of stock "! Why don't HOME DEPOT CHECK THIS ORDERS BEFORE PLACING ON the ROADIE APP? THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I JUST LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THAT. PLEASE DO BETTER, WE'D LOVE TO SERVE YOU BUT JUST REFUSE TO LOSE MONEY OFF OF YOUR COMPANY MISTAKES

I am a Home Depot pro member and I have been for several years. Things just ain’t the same as they used to be. All the rules and hoops you gotta jump through to return your materials that you didn’t even take out of the box, credit cards are more strict, rewards are fewer and far between, and they quit making coffee. They should definitely bring back the coffee!

Dont come here for getting a key cut. We waited 20 minutes for someone willing to cut a key. We had 4 employees just look at is as we kept asking for someone to help us. Go near the tile and you will be assaulted with offers to remodel your house. But not anyone that knows their products.

The cashier on 1 is so rude her name is Maryanne... She said you need to "let her know" when exchanging gallons even though she was looking right at me while doing so.. wouldn't be as bad if it didn't take her forever to check out the person in front of us and accusing ppl of stealing

Worst experience at a Home Depot ever. I worked retail for over 8 years and did seasonal work for home depot in Florida and I have never seen such horrible service .. store is not busy , 2 people on returns looking as if they are about to date , the women in the back in the washer and dryer section was on her phone and had a don’t bother me attitude.. 6 workers standing by the cash registers couldn’t help me and didn’t know the key maker right next to them was not working ..it’s crazy all I needed was a key made and none of them could help .. smh I will still go to Home Depot just not this location. We as the consumer needs to stop going to these locations with bad service Home Depot is an amazing business and if that location doesn’t care we shouldn’t go . We never let our employees just stand around . Please I hope management reviews the cameras for today and everyone standing around needs to be written up . If your going be there find something to do , up sale , product knowledge , HELP Customers!! Something ….
