Customer service area is very rude most of the time .. only a few of them are nice ..
Got accused of stealing when I tried to return something so the manager pulled up the cameras and when he realized he was wrong all he did was pass me on to the next person and asked them to finish my return .
Very unprofessional.

Had a great buying experience, but when the washer and dryer were delivered, they were damaged, and the dryer didn't heat up. I had to return it and now waiting for another one.

Unresolved Gift Card Issue – Extremely Disappointed
Dear Home Depot Customer Service,
I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience trying to use a $250 Home Depot gift card I received as a gift. Despite multiple phone calls, being redirected several times, and even visiting a store, I was unable to access the funds due to an issue with the PIN being scratched off because the card said to scratch off for card number and PIN number.
Over the phone, I was given conflicting information, and when I followed the instructions on the back of the card (which stated I could call for support if the card was lost or damaged), no one was able to resolve the situation. Even with a valid gift receipt, I was left without a solution after spending an hour and a half at a Home Depot store.
I want to acknowledge Nelly, who did her best to assist me at the store, but ultimately, corporate representatives—including a man named Omar—were unable to help. This experience highlights a major disconnect between Home Depot’s corporate and store-level support.
As a loyal customer, I find it unacceptable that a legitimate gift card, with proof of purchase, could not be redeemed. I would have appreciated immediate attention to this issue and a resolution however that was not the case .

One of the best stocked locations but the service is terrible. Not a big deal for me personally as I like to count hauls as a workout for the day, but I would not send any elders or gentle ladies to this location as the staff is willfully unhelpful

Went in to get some specific length trim and was helped by Destiny, who did everything that was asked of her and did an amazing job. The reason for my low review is due to the staffing in the lumber area who outright refused to cut what I needed and treated me like I was incompetent. This is to include the “manager” I asked to help me. Neither would give me their names. I will be taking my business to Lowe’s.

Absolutely terrible customer service. 4 employees standing around talking. When asked about a shopping cart I was told I could walk around the parking lot to find one.

Wow! First all when walk to get my items the young lady so busy txt on phone she walk into. Second thing when I ready to check out. I ask the lady standing by pro checkout if normally they not busy they will check out. She are you pro customer I said no she no I can’t check you out. Third thing they had 3 employees at checkout after waiting 5 minutes I asked could one you all check me out . They young lady said wait will be with you after we done .

Drove 30 minutes out of my way to come to this specific Home Depot that claimed to have a certain item in inventory online and didn't. 9 of them? Large items and nobody updated the inventory overnight or whatever. Not only is it in an area that you worry about your tools getting stolen in the parking lot but also a lazy staff?
