This store is conveniently located off I35 S in Fort Worth. The store has a large variety of items in different price ranges for your budget. The customer service center and the cashier's was well as the floor helpers are professional. The store is clean with large isles. My husband and I are always visiting this store.

This is the closest store to my home and I frequent this location often. I am annoyed by them not carrying items that I find online. I want to see certain items in person before I decide to buy. Other than that, the employees are nice and helpful. Just today, this young lady helped me with 2 security screen doors. She didn't brush me off since no one was working in that department. Joseph helped me put the items in my car and that was a tremendous help. I go there so much I know where most things are, but it's good to have "experts" to give you a valuable opinion about what you are planning to buy. Lots of empty desks and aisles with no employees.

Very bad customer service. Why would you put your worst customer service person on the front. It's not my first bad experience here. Unfortunately it's the closest store to my house. Today I had to stop and purchase a couple of things for work and for my home. So I needed to do two transactions. Cashier didn't acknowledge me as I approached the register. Didn't say hi when I said hi. On the first transaction, I payed for the things I picked up for work. I get reimbursed so I was about to select email receipt. The cashier,(Cierra) beat me to it and printed the receipt. I looked at her because she didn't even asked if I wanted the receipt emailed like other cashiers usually do. I asked, will I get my receipt emailed? She assured me it would. I knew it wouldn't. Not my first time at a Home Depot. I proceeded with my second transaction. She did the same thing and just handed me my bag and got on her cell phone. WTF?! Why do they let people like this be on the front of the store? Guess that's why they are going with self checkouts.

You wonder why your dying to amazon. You stop carrying things you've had for decades in the store and make it online only. It's insect control. I don't wanna wait a week to get it shipped by you. And you raised the price to make it online only too! I've been buying this for as long as I've owned my home and this is the first time I've not been able to purchase from home depot. Instead, I just bought it in 30 seconds on amazon from the parking lot and got it shipped guaranteed tomorrow for free. Then there's the fact I went there specifically to get 4 pieces of moulding that online said this store had the most in the ENTIRE METROPLEX! Claimed they had 59 pieces and when I arrived there was none. Not one single piece. Waited 15 minutes to finally speak to someone that might be able to help me. But even though Elliott was being a total rock star employee running 3 departments problems single-handedly, he was completely overwhelmed and couldn't assist me anyway, as he explained if it's not there, we ain't got it. Got Gail to help find some at Mansfield store, but that's just standard. I always have to go to either Burleson or Mansfield to ever get what I need. I was going this store was headed for a positive turnaround, but I'm pretty sure is just time to flush the toilet. This store is an utter piece of sh*t and eventually amazon will finish it off. Sucks for the few decent employees they have. But if you can't keep basic building supplies in stock, how can you claim to be a big box store with everything you need? If I have to order it, I'll just use amazon and get it faster and cheaper. Way to put yourselves out of business.

Most of the people at this location were really great. What has earned this location a single star is the Tool and Truck rental department. Don't even consider doing business with them if you expect any kind of customer service, common courtesy or even rational thought on their part. Showed up around 10AM this morning and asked if they had trucks available. They did not but offered to put me on the waiting list since they expected at least one truck back in 30 to 45 minutes. Provided my phone number, I was the only person on the list. Great! I went around and gathered the materials I needed (lumber, insulation, etc.), paid for it and parked it near the loading entrance. Checked in - no truck yet. Ok, I explained my load was ready and I would wander the store for a while and check back. Checked back around 20 minutes later and the clerk had just finished renting the truck to another couple. I was told the store policy is to not look at the waiting list if someone is at the counter when a truck becomes available! Just rent it. Imagine running a restaurant or any other business that way, i.e. on the waiting list and in the premises waiting and they give your table (or whatever) to the first person that walks up just as something becomes available. Lame. Returned my purchases and drove away after wasting a good portion of my free day. They don't care and I know it's not going to hurt them but I will not do business with any establishment that has so little regard for its customers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any home improvement. So much so, it has soured my opinion and desire to shop at Home Depot for anything. From the beginning, we could not get anyone to assist us on the initial phone call to even inquire about flooring. Needless to say, it wasn't any better at the store. We stood around for at least an hour waiting for someone to come and talk to us. When we finally found someone he (the salesman) didn't explained anything. He simply took our information and said that someone would be in touch. The person that came to my home to take the measurements miscalculated so we didn't receive enough material to complete the job on time. The material didn't arrive during the evening timeframe that I was given. Instead I was scheduled to be first that morning. I had to leave work and rush home to sign for it. The delivery driver said no one told him that I requested a later time. The driver then left everything in the garage. The next day the drive called to say I was schedule for a second delivery, in which I knew nothing about. This leads me to believe he overlooked part off my order from the day before. Since I was at work and no one was home to accept the items, he left them on the porch. No one EVER explained what to expect during the install. No one ever said that the flooring needed to be left inside the house to acclimate to room temperature. No one ever said that the floors may need to be leveled and that it would be an additional cost. Because I wasn't informed this pushed my install date to the following month. At this point, my entire house is turned upside and we can't put it back together until after the flooring is installed. The installers were excellent and I will definitely recommend their company. They were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They made every effort to explain things and to keep me informed. The day after the install I received a call from a Home Depot saying that they were coming out to re-measure my floor between 10 and 12 (this was not scheduled). I told them that I would not be missing anymore time from work because of their mistakes and disorganization. I should have taken heed when I read the negative comments online. I will NEVER recommend Home Depot to anyone for anything. I am totally dissatisfied and disgusted with this whole experience. If I could give them a negative 7 I would.

First of all Cindy in appliances was awesome! She was able to help us stay on budget to buy a fridge. Got us an awesome deal!! And JT who helped with fridge was so nice and helpful! Manny needs some help, he is in Rental. He was not so nice but efficient so that works! My wife are both teachers and they gave us some awesome scraps of wood! I recommended this Home Depot because it's difficult to find exceptional customer service!

Not sure who is running this store but I'd wish they would do a better job staffing their store. Yesterday I shopped here for a few things in the garden center and while in line to check out the cashier was ranting under her breath. I wasn't sure if I'd done something to offend her so I asked her what was going on. She proceeded to tell me that she was hungry (hangry would be a better word). I don't need to hear your rant, thanks. Now, I'm waiting for someone to make a few cuts in some wood for me. I've been waiting for a it 30 minutes since I alerted someone that I need help. I know this is Texas and you all pride yourselves on being laid back but this is too much! Hire more qualified people do work in your store or train those you already hired! Two guys shouldn't be the only ones who can cut (that means while they pull wood for people we are stuck waiting).

I used Home Depot in home services and they suck. They call and hound you to get their people in to do the work, so they can get paid, but once that's done and things aren't right you have to go through hell to get someone. I have no problem with the quality of the merchandise it's how it's put in. I had my kitchen remodeled and the knobs were falling off because they used the wrong size screws and the hing on one of the drawers is messed up. I will never use their people to install anything ever again.

This Home Depot is reliable and the workers are friendly and helpful. I find the quality and prices of their products to be very competitive with anyone else. There is a hotdog vendor out front most days.
