Bought a small Traeger grill for my adult son's birthday and dealt with Rachel customer service she was the best customer service experience we've had in a good 5 years. We actually left the store happy because of her and by happy I mean in a great mood all together. So glad there are still good people in the world. Home Depot is blessed to have her. As far as the grill goes they assembled it and delivered the very next day to my son's at no cost because our was over 350.00... all around we had an excellent experience with Home Depot and their employees made it even better!!

Took 2 hours and asking 10 different employees to find the item that their app said had “22 in stock”. Once we found it we had to wait another 45 minutes for them to get it down with the forklift. Definitely not a good experience.

Imani at customer service was marvelous. We originally started out at the regular checkout and that older lady kept complaining that It was
the end of her shift. We ended up walking over to customer service and Imani was very patient and helped us.

CURBSIDE SERVICE SUCKS!
If you are ordering online and pick curbside pickup, expect to sit in the spot for a while...nobody is monitoring the app...you are not a priority.
Luckily for me, I asked Ethan, who was gathering carts, if he could check on my order. He quickly checked on it and brought the items out to me.
So I would give Ethan all 5 stars but curbside doesn't really deserve any at all.
