Really bad customer service. Mom bought a curtain, hot home and the security tag was still on curtain. Mom had misplaced receipt and they refuse to take the tag off when she returned. It may be our duty to have receipt but they should be held accountable as well as their employee failed to take the tag off. O and I almost forgot the dang thing didn't even alarm as we walked out. They lost a loyal customer over a 12.00 clearance curtain.

I received a throw blanket as a Christmas gift that I did not like. Since it had the Home Goods sticker on it, I figured I would exchange it for another throw. I get to the store and was told that I could not exchange it because there was no receipt or scannable bar code on the throw. The Home Goods sticker on the throw did have the product ID information but the salesperson claimed she was unable to locate it by that info. After leaving the store, I called customer service and spoke to a representative that insisted on trying to over talk me through out my explanation of the situation. In the end, she said the only way the throw could be exchanged was with a receipt or a scannable bar code. So I am stuck with a prod that I don't want and received horrible customer service in the process. This was my first experience with Home Goods and will DEFINITELY be my last! I have never had an experience like this attempting to return a product that has the retailers sticker on it! I will make sure that I tell everyone I know to not shop here!!

I am in love with this store. I only bought a beautiful throw and a large candle this trip,but I usually buy a lot more when I visit this store. They have so many wonderful items to choose from .

I've been to a lot of HomeGoods throughout the U.S. This one was the tidiest, best-stocked store I've ever seen. Kudos to the manager and staff for keeping everything so tidy!
