I went in to make a quick exchange and Hannah on lane 6 was slamming my things a few times as she was irritated about assisting me. When I asked for a manager she laughed about the issue before walking back to my. I visit the store a lot and everyone is always so nice but Hannah was very rude and if she doesn’t like servicing African Americans perhaps she shouldn’t work there and she could use some customer interaction training.

The girl with the curly hair and the lashes, worked at the fitting room was super rude and gave a very ignorant attitude to my mom and I, simply about us trying clothes on and we didn’t have enough hangers to hang all the clothes needed. She for sure did not want to hang the clothes up and just wanted to stand there and be on her phone.

The CSR Laura opened the men's cologne display to get me the Burberry Touch 100ml bottle and Azzaro sport bottle, but instead of giving them to me to check out, she had to take it to the front check out area to check out when I am ready to check out the rest of my other things per their policy. So when I went to the check out counter to ask for the 2 cologne to check out, they brought the Azzaro sport and an incorrect 50mL bottle of Burberry Touch. They CSR confirmed that another cashier had accidently checked out my 100mL bottler to another customer who "pointed to that 100mL Burberry Touch" bottle behind the counter as theirs in which that CSR did not verify that customer's name on the one that actually belonged to that customer. The CSRs could not find another 100mL bottle. So I had ask for a manager to help resolve the situation but all she said was she can offer 10% off the 50mL bottle that was priced at $29.99. I said I had chosen the 100mL bottle that was $39.99, so it is reasonable that I if they can sell me 2 of the 50mL bottle for the price of $39.99 total which will equal the 100mL that I had originally picked out costing $39.99, and it was their mistake/ fault for giving another customer my picked out 100mL . The manager said she could not do that. I said that their policy/ procedure for placing the picked out cologne behind the check out area for a customer is flawed for this reason. Any customer can point behind the counter and say that belongs to them when it does not and if the cashier does not verify properly, this will happen. It seems like this store will not own up to their mistake or provide a customer service resolution. Dr. L.

I almost never have anyone that works there ask me what I'm looking for! The younger workers just walk by talking what their going to do later! Some stock items are mixed on shelves, making it hard to find what you're looking for. Could be better managed!

The woman that is a night manager at T.J. Maxx is a very rude person, she doesn't know the basics of even how to talk to customers, management matters is beyond our conversation here. She doesn't even deserve to be a newly starting cashier. Had 2 terrible experiences with her tonight. I can tell you she definitely needs to be taking customer service courses again, but different this time and then taking management training 😕

I purchased $200 item I was just 3 cents short the cashier wouldn’t just slide it off since it’s only 3 cents so I had to cancel my all $200 purchase and never coming back here again .

I wish I could leave zero stars. This establishment is always busy, but often times has good stuff. The staff is subpar, especially the management. I had 2 exact items at different prices. Not only would they not match the price, but they wouldn’t sell me the cheaper item what it was marked as! Their error is not the consumers issue. Although just a few dollars difference, the manager did a poor job remedying the issue and as a result, they didn’t make a sale. This is not my first experience with this at this location.

We've bought quite a bit of stuff from here, ranging from clothing to home goods and from jewelry to purses. It's usually pretty crowded and kind of difficult to maneuver through the aisles, but it does have a large selection of items to choose from.

The checkout was horrible. Line was long on a Sunday afternoon and it's not even Christmas yet. We ditched our items and left. Nothing is worth a 20 minute wait to checkout.

Used to love going to TJ Maxx to see what treasures I can find, but I guess the word is out and now it's so busy there now. The aisles are way too narrow, and the clientele are not very gracious is moving aside or letting people through with carts. I wish people would leave their kids at home when they shop here because of the limited space to walk and get a cart through.
I used to spend a few hours here, now I just try to find what I am looking for and in and out in 1-2 hours max. Plus the selection is not what it used to be. I'd rather go to At Home.

My sister in law had found a HK blanket that was HIDDEN and some old white lady came up to her with an attitude asking “WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT? ON OUR SIDE OR WHERE” we told her it was where the blankets were and she said okay and walked off but as she walked off she spoke on her mic thing letting her coworkers know where it was found and who had it.EVERYONE in that store was MAD bc she found a HK BLANKET.We were being FOLLOWED over a BLANKET.Also there was only 3 people on registers DO BETTER.We will be there everyday to buy the blankets since she wanted them so bad. (:
