This store and their employees saved my kiddo's Christmas and now he can have magic for another year. The only thing he asked for from Santa was his favorite character plushie from Murder Drones. The ones we ordered from Glitch Productions never shipped. I called this morning and not only did they have one but they set it aside for me. 3 hour round-trip to Fort Worth Hulen Mall, but it was the last plushie! I also had an employee help me decide on a shirt that wouldn't cause sensory issues for my son. Every employee I encountered was authentic, helpful, and polite. Thank you, Helen Hot Topic!

I had gone to hot topic for gauges after an entire morning of shopping at tattoo shops for them with no luck and bad customer service, and as a godly person I’ve been uncomfortable going into hot topic in the past but the young lady at the front counter was so helpful and she was a godly person as well and it made me feel a lot more comfortable in y’all’s location and I congratulate yall for being so accepting in a world that is filled with judgement and it opened my eyes a little bit as well

I've been shopping at Hot Topic since I was a teenager. I've been in the last couple of weeks looking for birthday gifts (that I did purchase). As soon as I walked in the first time, Shannon greeted me and was very kind to tell me about the different sales they had going on. Nik, assisted me on the phone, so kindly and professionally, earlier that day and also helped check me out and helped me save even more money on that purchase which I was super grateful for. And then today I was assisted by Leo, who also was extremely kind and welcoming. They all made both experiences exceptional and they are all so awesome! Thank you!

Great customer service. I was told they were having a spin-the-wheel raffle. I received 10% off but was aiming for a $100 HT gift card. There’s never much room to do any shopping without crossing paths with someone in your way. The store is clean and dark. I really couldn’t see much with all the people in the store. I think it’s best to come when they open if you're interested in their products.

It's hard to find pants or shirts in XL and up. Most of the shirts for men are either small or medium. The employees were friendly and willing to help and answer questions
