At first we came through a residential area and thought it was a apartment complex at first. The grounds and inside bar is wonderful. The bar manager was working the bar who is very knowledgeable in drinks very kind and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with your drinks. Great bar decor. All staff was friendly. The rooms a very basic but yet have a sense of luxury. The shower is like an herbal essence commercial with decent soap and shampoo provided. No in room coffee maker. You have to go done and get your free coffee. Very wonderful place

I stayed here because I was traveling from San Antonio for a concert. The location is spot on for any events, taking place at the Dickies Arena. It was so convenient to be able to walk back to my hotel room versus sitting in the hour so traffic was taking everyone to depart. I even was able to stop at the bar and grab a drink before heading to the venue. The only recommendation for the hotel is to have a lit parking lot. As a solo traveler, it was a little scary to go on my Waffle House run after the traffic had died down in the parking lot was completely dark. The neighborhood is fine. It was just there was no lights in the parking lot.

This hotel refuses to cancel my reservation for 12/6 via email, even though the cancellation policy in my confirmation email says I can call or email. I requested to cancel by replying to their confirmation email (that also contained my personal details) from the email address I booked with, that is also shown on the reservation. BTW, they don't answer their front desk phone so I suspect that they do this intentionally to make it difficult for customers to cancel.
There was also a cyber security issue a few months back when a system they use (Cloudbeds) was hacked and phishing emails were sent to customers requesting payment information to confirm your reservation. It took days to confirm my reservation was still active (because they wouldn't answer the phone) when they should have quickly notified customers after it happened. Honestly, I should have cancelled my reservation then but I was still looking for another option. The customer's safety, comfort, and experience mean nothing to them if this is how they conduct business.

Cane for a cocktail and to enjoy the patio views. Chill spot with free parking and a big outdoor patio directly across from Dickie’s arena. Bar tenders were friendly!

My wife and I went to the hotel bar for some drinks and meet up with some friends. Wonderful service. Very nice place. I got the bill and there was a %20 tip added to the bill. This offends me. If the service is good I will tip %40 or %50.... because I can. I paid it; but will never ever, ever, be going back to any place that puts that crap on my bill.

Fresh modern vibe, with friendly checkin and bar service. The TV didn't work in the room which was a minor inconveinance but they comp'd us free drinks at the bar. Ac was loud and the curtaims let in a lot of light so no sleeping in, but liked it overall.

Location, location, location. This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending any event at the Dickies Arena. We were across the street from the parking garage and a few more steps from the entrance. Saved us the hassle of having to park and traffic. The lady at the front was friendly and completed our check in with our complementary drink. Room was clean, parking was right outside the elevator. Highly recommend if you are attending any events in the area!

Loved this hotel so much . . . Clean and modern! 5 minute walk to Dickies stadium. The lobby bar actually made great drinks, I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here for a concert in fort worth and it was very comfortable plus only a 10 minute drive from downtown very nice place to stay will definitely come back
