I find it very difficult to work with somebody that does not respond. I asked Mary Ann Garcia to send me a breakout on my taxes so I can file things throughout the year that would make it a lot easier to do my numbers gathering for her. I go to H and R block every year. But my daughter had a bad experience with a lady name Cynthia. My daughter was getting her taxes done and Cynthia came going to the booth harrassing my daughter to put on a mask or wait in her car. Then Cynthia said something about my grandson not wearing a mask. Cynthia was very rude and demanding about the mask. She was more concerned about her not wearing a mask then letting my daughter get her taxes done.
