Yesterday Betty McDugald did my taxes and claimed I owed 1182 dollars. She didn't bother to check on short form, with standard deductions, which is a refund of 178. She has zero experience and should not be doing this job.

Joe King has been doing my taxes at H&R Block for the past 8-10 yrs. He does a wonderful job and always has made me feel secure in my return. He has a lot of regulars and has been retired for some yrs but still returns each year to do our taxes. Someone,with your company should really give him the recognition he deserves. I can't wait to see him next year and I hope many more to come!
