WARNING: I should of read the reviews I understand why the bad reviews after having my taxes done at this location my preparer was Daisy I have been attempting to get my documents back instead of my documents being placed in the cabinet that I was told they hold all completed taxes and documents were placed. Then was told they would mail them to me. Daisy works at other locations my question is why are my personal documents with Daisy going from location to location. It's as if she is holding my documents hostage. I already paid in full for services rendered. Suspicious of WHY I have not been contacted regarding my personal documents to be returned to me. How many more times must I stop by in attempt to retrieve my personal documents.
I'm worried if this situation is going to be an issue of identification thief. DO NOT HAVE DAISY DO YOUR TAXES. You will have to play cat and mouse chance to get your personal documents back. Shame on you Daisy and H&R Block lost this customer forever Beach Street Location in Fort Worth

Hated it!! Punches numbers in that’s it. Doesn’t look for any other tax exemption nothing. Wont be back!! Tried to do without going in but to no avail the tax consultant never answered any of my questions online so I had to go into the store which I did not want to do to get my taxes done. Took a minute he didn’t try to look for more money. I don’t know won’t be going back. Cost about $300 which is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Never ever ever again!!!! They’re a rip off!! I don’t know why positive reviews honestly.

Ignore all the positive reviews. This place preys on vulnerable people. They tell you the starting cost is around 80 dollars, and it goes up, depending on how much
" work " they have to do.
I barely made enough money to survive in 2023, and they wanted to charge me 545 dollars, because I had 3 forms.
I asked before they started on my taxes, how much they are going to charge and they said they don't know, but the truth is they do know. I told them what forms I had and how many. If they are professionals, it means they have been doing this for a while, and they can easily ball park how much they are going to charge me, but they don't tell you.
They act nice and polite to try and charm you into believing they are nice people, but they want to over charge you and scam you. They will also hold your documents hostage if you decide not to file with them afterwards, and make you jump through hoops, to get them back.
When I told them 545 was too much and I can only do 200, at first they told me they can't do that price, and offered me a pathetic 25 dollar coupon, but when I called the day after and told them I no longer want to file with them, suddenly they can do the 200 dollars. Lol.
Do not go here. They take advantage of people. Especially low income people. They act like nice people but they are not.
They want your money.

Don’t know anything. They wasted four days of my time and they didn’t get anything done. I tried to explain to her of what I needed but she said that she has a degree in accounting. But on the last day when I asked her about it she said that they didn’t do business tax. Very bad costumer service. The accountants name was Sharon.
