Absolutely pathetic place. Told my wife and I to say we are single on our tax returns; which is fraud. We had a reservation for consultation and they basically shoved us out the door. I don't know if they don't want customers or if they are just bad people. Go to the Beach Street location instead.

Two mistakes were made by the professional on our return. The wrong address and the wrong account number. There were inconsistencies in how to resolve the issue, lack of knowledge about the process and lack of communication that resulted in a significant delay in our return. We still have not received it. We should have stuck with TurboTax. Do not recommend H&R Block.

Absolutely unprofessional, not experienced at all, made a mistake on my returns and even though they have fully charged me more than 400$ my return is still not filed after 25 days, they don’t answer the phone and they don’t take responsibility either, they practically don’t care about their customers at all. Tried to complain no one is listening , don’t know what to do they have ruined my application for my son student aid for collage , they are not offering any proper solution they basically ignoring whole thing. If I could provide 0 star I would. Don’t know what to do!! You don’t play with people taxes like this and leave them hanging. They are the worst. My tax is still not filed by them. Should have gone to TurboTax.
