My wife and I had an amazing experience when we did our taxes. Yiri was very thorough with our case and helped us navigate the websites needed to not only help the 2024 income taxes, but also previous ones that I neglected. I would highly recommend her for her experience and Bilingual abilities.

We had a 3pm appointment with Vanessa Quinn. We walked out at 4:30pm after filing our joint tax return. Vanessa, was a delight to work with and knowledgeable about what we needed. We scheduled our appointment for next year!

They are janky. Missed my first appointment then called me saying there internet is down the. Call 2 mins later saying that they don’t have any appointments for today.

Absolutely HORRIBLE communication. Did not respond to emails, messages, phone calls, or meeting requests. They didn’t tell me they needed additional information until a few hours before taxes were due. Then they forced me to file an extension. They also didn’t file my LLC tax return on time, resulting in a penalty. Pathetic service. I will never use or recommend them again. I’ll be searching for a performance review for the tax “professional”

I highly recommend the H&R Block in Hulen Bend shopping center. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in no time.

Been going here for years now. My tax payer Gabriel is awesome!
My fiancé’s appointment was scheduled an error at another location and Gabriel still worked him in with no hesitation!

Had to wait 30 min after my appointment to be seen. Prasantee Jena was rude. I had to file 2 w2 one out of state...got told I owe almost 200 for them to file it for me..asked why bc i was told it was $85 she said well bc you have one out of state...i had to tell them that. Ugh she saw I was out of state and didn't say anything to me about an extra fee before hand. Then had the audacity to say well you wasted my time and everyone Elses time since you don't want to file it now. NEVER GOING BACK EVER.
