They decided to do long form on my taxes after I told them my standard deductions would be higher than the itemized. They didn't even check on that, then informed me I owe 1158 dollars, plus 155 for the work. The next morning I checked the ez form and called them to fix it. When I got there, they deducted an additional 29 dollars for this return, minus an actual refund instead of paying. Then they only wanted to offer me a credit voucher instead of the 155 dollar refund for screwing up. I found this unprofessional and dishonest. I have been using H&R Block for years but I will be finding someone else who actually knows what they're doing and cares from here on out.

Every year, Dottie takes care of our return so we don't have to worry about anything. If we ever get audited, H&R Block will take care of that mess.
