Well, for the $100 I paid, I really regretted having breakfast here, I could've done a lot better cooking it myself at home. Milkshake was milk and runny whipped cream(for my granddaughter)$6.29 I think it was. Never again. The poor waiter was almost running back and forth but never really came back to us. we would ask others for a few things we needed. Food was very disappointing today.

My family and I are visiting from Houston. After the drive we stopped it this IHop to grad dinner and go back to our hotel. I ordered an impossible burger, bacon cheese burger, and breakfast plate. I paid cash and we left with our order. When we got back to our room to eat, I ate a few bits and realized I had a beef patty. We call and spoke to the manager on duty and she said she could remake our food or hey a refund. We brought the food back about an hour later. When we arrived the new manager on duty said the previous manager only offered a remake only. So we are without food, our refund and another wasted trip back to the restaurant. This is by far the worse experience at an IHop ever.

We arrived to find no one at the hostess stand. A male employee walked through the side door near the tables and walked away after glancing our way. After 2 minutes a female walked in, not saying a word, and stood at the hostess table looking at the clipboard, flipping the pages, never saying a word. She twice picked up the menus, and put them down, going back to the clipboard and looking out into the restaurant where 1 man was sitting having breakfast. After 5 minutes, being ignored, not taken to a table, we left. If it takes that long, to not be acknowledged, we knew the service was not going to get any better.Be warned, this is not an establishment that values customers. Go somewhere that acknowledges your presence when you walk up, seats you quickly and serves you in a timely manner.Such a huge disappointment with 3 hotels in their vicinity that we actually drove to another breakfast restaurant instead of eating nearby.

Walked up and printed sheets posted on the door said, closed due to maintenance, walked in, and asked if they were actually closed and what kind of maintenance? The waitress said the kitchens had been cleaned and there weren't any cooks and it was just closed due to maintenance. I confirmed there was no maintenance problem, that instead the kitchen was cleaned and they were just shutting it down for a few hours at a supposed to be 24 hour resteraunt. This is not the first time we come by here, and waitresses are standing around on the clock and said they were closed for a little bit without an actual reason. But the kitchen has already been cleaned really tops the cake. Don't advertise 24-hour service if your employees don't want to work and close the place down whenever they want. Will call corporate this time.

Our waiter Brian was great and he had an infectious smile. The issue wasn't with the food or the service. The issue was the stench of Marijuana. Whole restaurant smelled of it. I'm someone with a sensitivity to smells and I left with a headache. If folks want to smoke.....do it at home. Not at work. The stench ruined the experience for us. Unless that's your vibe n you don't mind a high as a kite atmosphere I'd steer clear of this ihop.
