when i pulled up to the drive thru the woman that took my order was very short & was actively rushing me. when i pulled up to the window & paid i asked for packets of hot sauce in the bag. when i got home i received stale food that i can only assume was made quite some time ago & a large handful of packets of ketchup.

Awful experience had 4 meals total only received 3 fries no cup holders cause the drive thru worker said they to far to get them no biggie on the missing fries but then get home to find out also wrong burgers. Manager long braids talking under her breath cause she couldnt say it straight to my face saying she will shove the fries in my mouth do BETTER IF U DONT LIKE UR JOB THE. DONT SHOW UP SMH

Staff very rude. Lobby closed an hour early. They lost my mobile order. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my order.

I asked for a double jack meal which was advertised on their window for $5.99 the whole meal, and the guy who was at the drive thru wanted to give me the sandwich only and he refused to give me the whole meal, he said they didnt have a meal for that price, i asked to speak to a manager and he denied, another girl from their team responded back to me and she actually knew what i was talking about. Really bad service from this guy.

OMG, I've written a lot of these reviews. I just realized that I got the locations wrong. I had just left the Jack in the Box, off of Loop 820. That's where I received no service in the drive thru. I had sat there for 7-8 minutes after they asked me to hold. And I drove off after they never came back to take my order. I was taking a rider home towards the Jack in the Box near Seminary South location. They were still craving Jack in the Box. I really didn't want to stop after the previous one 20 minutes prior.But, I stopped, and received very good service. Didn't have to wait long for them to take my order at the drive thru.The food was made to order and was hot and fresh. I didn't realize that I wrote the negative review for the wrong store until I got an email from the Seminary location. I've been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, and I do apologize for the mixed up of the 2 locations. Please reach out to me again.Thanks, Kevin W

12/16/23 been 4:45 been waiting 25mins. Car in front probably like 30. Everyone inside got there food not the cars outside
